Why do mugs like you ignore warning signs and bluster on blindly when it is clear something is not going to plan.
This is not Tranmere Rovers.............you are not a fan.
Shares dont have "fans" just mug punters.

It is perfectly acceptable to be a supporter and fan of Tranmere Rovers.

It is not acceptable to be a FAN of any share whatsoever at all.
Shares are inanimate objects.
Like you.
You do NOT support them you invest in them.
You dont love them forever regardless of their faults like a Tranmere Rovers fan.

Learn to read the signs you just got 2 classic ones today.
Ignore them at your wallets peril.

Update reads OK to me and still leaving scope for a beat with at least in line comments. Either way AUM are up significantly and shares are lowly rated, prospects are good so looks like there should be more upside than downside from here.

It means they DONT HAVE A HOPE IN HELL AND ARE PRAYING FOR A MIRACLE.

SB - seems pretty clear:

# At the earlier Update the management expectations were: 'The Board remains optimistic about the prospects for the Group and profits for the full year are expected to exceed current market expectations.'

At today's Trading Update 'Overall financial performance expected to be at least in line with management expectations.'

ie at least in line with the earlier expectations. So all good - very good.

Confusing 'management expectations' with 'market expectations'


At update

'The Board remains optimistic about the prospects for the Group and profits for the full year are expected to exceed current market expectations.'

This morning

'Overall financial performance expected to be at least in line with management expectations.'


And

'"These factors have come together in a year of accelerated organic growth and strong cash generation, with record year end AuM and a robust cash position. As we enter 2018 our business momentum remains strong and we are a more balanced business than ever. We are well positioned for the future."
