06/9/2023 14:40 | Absolute BS. More shares sold than bought today. Simples.Any small pullback is healthy. | parob
06/9/2023 14:35 | tickboo - "Yes shares can be forward sold several days ahead of them being authorised" Forward selling can start at anytime even without authority so long as the company can put in place a process to ensure all trades are settled. The stock was up 35% yesterday it is down 7% today. Its not due to profit takers because there are more buyers today than sellers. Its not due to shorts because there are no known shorting positions. It is due to MM forward selling placing shares to recapitalise the company. | pwhite73
06/9/2023 14:31 | POLITE goes on BB all over the place talking of forward dolc dhares. It's his modus operendi | tburns
06/9/2023 13:49 | tickboo - I was right at Avacta still right at Avacta and right here. Has Avacta completed its Phase 1 trial yet after 3 years?. All of these companies forward sell placing shares it is the main reason (95%) I would say why you lose money. If you have a list of stocks on your ADVFN monitor on any given day the majority are in the red. Forward selling is the reason why. Companies cannot let on when they are forward selling stock as everybody would head for the exit making the placing impossible. By time they inform you of a placing at 07:00 the majority of the stock is already with PIs that's why the price drops immediately on placing news before the markets open and without a single share being sold. | pwhite73
06/9/2023 13:34 | Thanks for your incredible insight. I'm in from 1.3p average and staying put for tier 1 contracts :) | parob
06/9/2023 13:32 | Parob - "Just noticed someone else on lse said the same thing, nt for 30 mins apparently." Your friend and the LSE poster are both telling the truth. If you couldn't buy at 2.30p half an hour ago how comes you can by at 2.40p now when nobody has sold. The MM drip feed the placing shares whilst at all times giving the impression the bottom has been hit and a recovery is on the way. If so many Tier 1 companies are interested in their product why couldn't they sell the company to anyone? | pwhite73
06/9/2023 13:20 | Just noticed someone else on lse said the same thing, nt for 30 mins apparently. Perhaps we will see some large buys reported later.Anyway, I'm getting ready for the next leg up :) | parob
06/9/2023 13:17 | Parob - "There is a big demand for shares. A friend of mine has been trying to get a quote for the last 20 mins with not much joy!" I can believe that. Its a common MM trick. So when they eventually allow him to buy at 2.30p or thereabouts he jumps at it. | pwhite73
06/9/2023 13:17 | It was in an RNS.Get real. | parob
06/9/2023 13:15 | Parob - "Closing cash at the end of June 2023 of GBP9.8m (30 June 2022: GBP17.7m) and no debt give a forecast runway to end August 2024!" A shameless lie. Less than five months ago nobody wanted the company and they were out of cash. RNS 14/04/2023 - "Further to Mirriad's announcement on 29 March 2023 and following discussions with interested parties regarding a potential investment into or a potential acquisition of the Company, the board of the Company has concluded that there is no prospect that an offer for the issued and to be issued share capital of the Company will be forthcoming by early April and has accordingly decided to terminate the formal sale process under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Code"). The Company is not in discussions with any party in relation to a sale and is not in receipt of any approaches. Accordingly, the Company is no longer in an offer period and the requirement to make disclosures under Rule 8 of the Takeover Code has now ceased. Further to the Company's announcement on 20 January 2023, in which it detailed that the Company has sufficient cash to fund operations until the third quarter of 2023, Mirriad advises that its cash position as at 31 March 2023 was £7.52m. Consequently, the Board continues to assess all of its strategic options, including seeking additional funding. If further funding cannot be raised, the Board will consider all options and will take the appropriate steps to preserve value for key stakeholders. There can be no certainty that the terms of any investment received will be suitable." | pwhite73
06/9/2023 13:13 | There is a big demand for shares. A friend of mine has been trying to get a quote for the last 20 mins with not much joy! | parob
06/9/2023 13:12 | I think this is possibly the lowest on the pullback that this is going. | parob
06/9/2023 13:04 | POLITE, forward sell the next placing, heard that before, that isn't a green fir every pullback | tburns
06/9/2023 12:55 | -- Closing cash at the end of June 2023 of GBP9.8m (30 June 2022: GBP17.7m) and no debt give a forecast runway to end August 2024 | parob
06/9/2023 12:44 | The only realistic thinking is to separate what's happening in the cooperate world from the shenanigans at this end of the market. On 30/06/2023 resolutions were passed to issue new shares. Despite what the company says about having enough cash to last until the next millennium the brokers would be using the recent rise to forward sell the next placing. That's why the shares are pulling back despite buys outweighing sells. | pwhite73
06/9/2023 12:10 | tburns I think realistically we are looking at another day or two before it starts to turn. It's very healthy. Of course I could be wrong. | parob
06/9/2023 12:03 | Afternoon turn north will start in next 30 mins | tburns
06/9/2023 11:43 | It was heavily overbought so a pullback inevitable and welcome. | tickboo

06/9/2023 11:15 | Disney is currently working with MIRI as is Pepsi Co. Product placement been here for ages just a faff during production. Agreements needed with content owners and brands. That simple. | tickboo |
