06/6/2022 16:06 | I will just say that I thoroughly enjoyed the AGM and meeting the Board and one of the DAGG shareholders. I would strongly advise shareholders to attend the occasional AGM, making contacts is very rewarding. | tim000
06/6/2022 15:55 | Looking forward to any insight. DC | daicaprice
06/6/2022 15:54 | Look forward to Waterloo’s report. | rafboy
06/6/2022 15:53 | Meeting over. I met Waterloo, an excellent fellow. I believe he is going to write up the meeting for everyone here. Obviously, however, the Board were unable to release market sensitive information. | tim000
06/6/2022 15:41 | RNS resolution passed at AGM. | rafboy
06/6/2022 15:28 | langland, if others did not have the same doubts and fear that the next raise will be at 1p, I suggest the share price would be a lot higher but clearly very few have faith that funds can be raised at a much higher level, otherwise the share price would be reflecting this. In fact the long delays maybe due to them struggling to find investors with deep pockets that are willing to believe that they will get rich rewards within their lifetime. | clocktower
06/6/2022 14:17 | Very true. | rafboy
06/6/2022 14:10 | A few chunky buys as the afternoon goes on would be a good pointer. DC | daicaprice
06/6/2022 14:07 | Doesn’t look like we will have anything before the meeting. Hope you can ask some questions. | rafboy
06/6/2022 14:06 | Thanks Tim, hope you enjoy the meeting. | rafboy
06/6/2022 13:59 | Currently at the AGM, first attendance. No one else here yet. 14th floor, I hate tall buildings. Still, met CE already, and George. Meeting yet to start. | tim000
06/6/2022 13:26 | Do they want shares? Well move the price up! | rafboy
06/6/2022 12:00 | Can currently sell 800k in one hit with HL just above the bid. DC | daicaprice
06/6/2022 09:09 | Ok I hear you, Waterloo. Just looking back to the initial AGM they made separate announcements I think. The formal 'all resolutions passed' and then a few days after that, the placing news.So they might go a similar way I guess. But it would be disappointing imho if they don't get a decent update out this week. Today's AGM should give them the chance to then discuss a further statement and get that out within days.I'm reading several posters here with the same theme, people definitely finding their patience wearing thin.Under the new management I think it's reasonable to hope for a more proactive approach to investor relations! | microscope
06/6/2022 08:50 | Market makers exist to make a market (it's in the name!) not to speculate on whether there will be another fundraise. Even if they speculated that there would be another fundraise, do you not think it is a huge risk to run (i.e. being short) if no raise materialises? I suspect this is another of your 'let's throw a bit of doubt into the works' posts. | langland
06/6/2022 08:39 | Do you not think that they (the MM's) might be aware they will be able to get piles more stock very soon, upon another raise at 1p ? | clocktower
06/6/2022 08:32 | Will we get anything before 2.30pm? DC | daicaprice
06/6/2022 08:10 | Where do they get all the stock from? Over 500k already bought this morning after a few million net bought on Wednesday last week..... | nobbygnome
05/6/2022 22:22 | A nice honest and informative update tomorrow would be very handy, I’m not expecting a blockbuster but I may need to fund a trip to Quatar shortly! DC | daicaprice
04/6/2022 12:13 | I think timing is a vital question to ask. Reading back through the history of MIN this has been going on for years and it is now time to deliver. Therefore, a timeline to a deal would be very welcome and the shorter that timeline the better. | rafboy
03/6/2022 19:08 | Waterloo you don’t seem to be expecting too much detail on Monday if I am reading you correctly ? Whatever we learn on Monday from an RNS before the AGM would be preferable can only welcomed. | boliviana
03/6/2022 19:04 | Most definitely couldn’t be clearer Will. Keep them coming. We should know more come Monday I hope so. | boliviana
03/6/2022 16:42 | The message couldn't be clearer............. Tourism Investments in Greece Reveal Unknown Destinations Greece is shifting its tourism strategy to showcase lesser-known destinations and attract foreign investments, said Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias this week during the “Israel-Greece Conference” held at Brown Hotels’ new 5-star project: the Isla Brown Corinthia in Loutraki. “We’ve worked systematically for the last three years in order to re-instill confidence in the Greek economy, implementing the necessary reforms, removing age-old bureaucratic hurdles and creating the appropriate institutional framework to attract large investments and create new quality jobs for Greek citizens,” said Kikilias. The minister confirmed that there was “significant investor interest” in recent months by large funds from abroad in the tourism sector. He referred to the Brown Hotels group, which is “now investing in Greece with 50 hotels. And in fact, not only in popular destinations”. | wi1l
03/6/2022 09:32 | Thanks for the clarification Waterloo and for taking the time to post on this board. | atlantic57 |
