01/6/2022 09:44 | Nice buy and a move up. | rafboy
01/6/2022 08:41 | Shorecap dictating the price at the moment; they have switched from the offer to the bid this morning | nobbygnome
01/6/2022 08:23 | If news is positive next week we should see a rise from here so buying today makes sense. | rafboy
01/6/2022 08:19 | Good to see the buys coming in this morning albeit relatively low volume | nobbygnome
31/5/2022 17:37 | MMs very sensitive to any decent size buys. Only one more trading day ahead of AGM day… | nobbygnome
31/5/2022 06:55 | Getting warmer still - This project is surely just the ticket for the Greek Govt to promote and back...........100M plus Euros turnover pa................. Economy can depend on tourism for its growth, says Kikilias Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias on Monday highlighted the importance of the tourism product in terms of development, investments and the opportunity for high profits while addressing the 1st International Business and Hospitality Conference organized by Liquid Media and Insider on Monday. Kikilias emphasized investments to upgrade tourism accommodation and to implement major infrastructure projects throughout the country, which were directly linked with the development of the tourism sector. | wi1l
31/5/2022 06:44 | Wyndham Aiming to Add 15 More Hotels to Greece Portfolio Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is planning to further expand its portfolio in Greece by increasing the number of its hotels from 10 to 25 over the next three years, the group’s President for Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa Dimitris Manikis said on Monday. | wi1l
30/5/2022 13:16 | Disregard human rights for money, no matter where it comes from and be enslaved and bound in corruption when Saudi or Russian money is welcomed. | clocktower
30/5/2022 07:19 | Interest from Saudi-Arabia would benefit all. The sky is the limit to the cooperation between Greece and S. Arabia Saudi Investment Minister Khalid Al Faleh described the prospects for the development of relations between Greece and Saudi Arabia as excellent. He pointed out that bilateral relations are broad and sent the message that the sky is the limit for what Greece and Saudi Arabia can do together. He placed particular emphasis on tourism, renewables, property management and innovation. | wi1l
28/5/2022 18:58 | There are a surprising number of holders who neither post, or dare one suggest read these boards. I know some of the fund raise, directors aside, went to at least one existing shareholders. The reconvened AGM by the way isn't next week but the following Monday. Hopefully Mr M will update us on where they are. I'm looking forward to meeting him. | waterloo01
28/5/2022 16:09 | Always a mystery to me whose hands these placings fall into. Especially so as the daily buying comes in the main from members of this thread, or I believe that is the case anyway. But I don't believe anyone on here took part in the recent placing, but maybe I am wrong. Must be a different type of player/company wishing to remain incognito who takes part, individuals/ companies who keep their holdings below the 3% threshold but 40M shares is quite some number to remain quiet about and never comment. | wi1l
28/5/2022 14:22 | Ah indeed, wi1l, wasn't just me then that thought the loan comment was interesting. With most companies wording is of course important but always thought the nuances particularly significant with Minoan..... 'The Company is continuing discussions with its major lender and reports that both parties are working towards a mutually acceptable solution to help to ensure the Company has sufficient working capital for the next year.' So talk of a year rather than 6 months from that. And working capital is new to that 'conversation' too I think. So it looks to me as though there could just be a more substantial funding than previously. Frustratingly the recent raise, while it will contribute to funds, has not been linked to the loan (but it's all money!). Infact still no indication where the shares went.... I'd venture one or two on here could answer that but aren't volunteering.... :) Final details might depend on what George can report in terms of progress on negotiations. Considering precise timing of last funding RNS (after trading hours), 2.30 for the reconvened AGM just raised an eyebrow ever so slightly. | microscope
28/5/2022 13:39 | Good thinking Nobby and Will I hadn’t thought of that. That would make a lot of sense. | boliviana
28/5/2022 12:51 | Yes could easily have been 1,000,000 of the 3,000,000 shares recently issued to settle liabilities 3rd May 2022 "Placing and Director / PDMR Shareholding The Directors of Minoan are pleased to announce a successful placing of Ordinary Shares arranged by Peterhouse Capital Limited (the “Placing” Finally a further 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at 1p per share are being issued in order to settle liabilities." | wi1l
28/5/2022 12:13 | I wouldn’t be surprised if it was someone who got paid shares in lieu of fees in which case they made an extra 5% on the invoice! | nobbygnome
28/5/2022 09:53 | Yes my comment was due to the proximity of the meeting hence I thought it an odd time to sell. Of course I also note there are many reasons people sell. Anyway I am also looking forward to the next few weeks and a change in fortunes for us all. | rafboy
28/5/2022 08:54 | Getting closer all the time to finding out the value of George's appointments. Have a feeling he will come up with the goods certainly with regards to the negotiations with the Foundation. The outstanding loan negotiation may well prove to be more than just an extension as from memory they were looking to provide additional working capital but with MG at the helm presumably he will be looking at all the permutations and combinations for wealth creation for all concerned including DAGG. And surely to goodness there will be some mention of interest in the project itself?? | wi1l
28/5/2022 01:00 | Been interviewing football managers but home, fed and looking in. Very strange timing for a 1m sell for literally no profit, looks like placing shares have gone to a better home to me and that they just wanted to hold the price steady. I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m really looking forward to next week. DC | daicaprice
27/5/2022 16:36 | Don’t think that’s at all likely Nobby I agree. | boliviana
27/5/2022 16:35 | I agree Rafboy it would seem a very odd time to sell. They might have needed some cash quickly, fed up with waiting or they know something the rest of us don’t. All we can do is speculate but only the one so I’m not concerned. There will always be someone wanting to sell for their own reasons. | boliviana
27/5/2022 16:16 | Why would they do another raise now? They just raised £500k and with very low running costs they should be ok for the rest of the year. Yes if the development takes off they may well need more money but I dare to suggest the price wouldn’t be at 1.1p in that scenario… | nobbygnome
27/5/2022 16:12 | Why is it strange, if they do another raise at 1p there maybe a lot more stock available at even less before very long. (Fingers crossed):-) | clocktower
27/5/2022 15:44 | After someone moved the offer back to 1.15 with that 200k buy, the best offer is now 1.128 | nobbygnome
27/5/2022 15:14 | I don’t believe it’s available virtually. I attended the egm in 2018 you always Pick up extra detail if you are present. | atlantic57 |
