It was good to see some buying this afternoon and it didn’t take a massive number to see a move up by the share price

All we need is the new deal agreed with the monastery and we should see the show on the road. Will has been posting enough links to articles to show that Greece is both attractive and welcoming to investment. We must be one of the best if not the best site on Crete to invest right now.

There are also some confident holders on the other thread that don’t agree with the unbalanced opinion, I am one.
I have averaged down over the past years and now own over 5m shares, the only reason is that I now see progress and believe the next month could be transformative for Minoan.
I have just over 2m shares that I will drip back in over 2p but 3m that will see it out.
I believe the risk/reward here justifies my now £60k investment and I will have no problem adding further should positive news regarding the lease extension with Foundation materialise.

As it happens if I was short (I'm not) then i would be closing it. There is far too much uncertainty right now for me to hold any position in this stock either way. A complete gamble as none of us, including you, have the remotest idea which way this will go in the next fortnight, just educated guesses. Delays don't inspire confidence, but hope springs eternal.

I agree for balance you need to refer to the other thread. But beware it is an echo chamber that does not allow negative posts which are vetted by yorgi, also has dubious traders seeking self gain and many seeking confirmation bias.

The Company is no closer in reality although to be fair I do believe they are trying to get some sort of deal to spare their blushes and the longest running scam on AIM, IMO

They bring in a new Director as aged as themselves, what does that tell you?

There are a lot better Company's than this on the Markets with open and transparent Directors who do not talk in riddles that confuse investors with plays on words from the English Dictionary that no-one really understands.

Hi all. not been around for a while but used to hold shares in this company, long time ago.

Eventually sold because they seemed not to have any cash to develop the land they had a lease on I think, and had no partners.

Wondering how it's all gone since. Looking at share price and a recent announcement or two looks like new management but still same problems years on?

Is the company any closer to sorting it all out?

lol. I didn't realise the Equity dev note had more in it. My attention to detail! Crystal cove drawings are only part of what they will build there. The whole area up the coast from Crystal cove will I think hold numerous villas.

Its difficult not to get carried away by the true potential that this development offers. The pieces of the jigsaw are starting to fit nicely with only a few to fall in place. more patience required but one day the true value will be there for all to see. Land especially land on any coast has genuine appeal ( and value) to all concerned not least to the developers and hoteliers concentrating on establishing themselves in this area.

Yes I did similar yesterday DC and also looked through the recent Equity Development report - the map on page 5 updates the position of the proposed sites in more detail than the web-site.(quietly tucked a few more away yesterday!).

Another good article Will which is clear there is a strong appetite to invest in Greece so now we just need the new agreement signed and George can get on with what he is well qualified to do.

They are taking a long time over the details I’m sure we all hope they are on the final hurdle.
