30/4/2020 16:38 | "Back to the games of a few weeks ago". That makes sense - I think it all started roundabout 6th April. Since then the buys have been 2,719,390 and the sells 2,786,573 so they are about level now (again)which to me means if they were short then they are at a similar juncture now. What will happen tomorrow...….. | wi1l
30/4/2020 16:18 | Broker still not willing to sell even 50k but will take a 250k at .80. Back to the games of a few weeks ago. I think the share price rose in the following days! | waterloo01
30/4/2020 16:12 | You need levels of biblical faith akin to when noah was building an ark and it had never rained. I think he spent 120 years building the ark we are at 27 years will Ce will ever get shareholders anything like their money back.. I am not sure how many shareholders will still be alive when and if ce ever gets anyone to start building and handover cash.. | atlantic57
30/4/2020 15:47 | 'the Company is running behind schedule with a number of plans, which will move forward as soon as the current situation allows.' The above, from the last RNS does indicate that 'plans' are still afoot - if one does seek to find a modicum of optimism from this sorry mess. | fireplace22
30/4/2020 15:13 | From the last rns it would appear that the " talks" have collapsed that they said they would report on in the first quarter. They are now only talking about debt. Those of you who have Christopher's ear could perhaps ask him If in his next rns he Could explain what happened to the talks. It would also be helpful if he could explain with tangible information why he believes he can take the project forwards. Please no more of these empty comments that he has been giving for 7 years, We believe this will be the most exciting etc etc and of course we are in talks | atlantic57
30/4/2020 13:41 | That’s encouraging to read Waterloo. I had not checked today to see what the play was. I noticed we had a few buys but nothing large at present. I took the opportunity to add a few more yesterday while they were......what I hoped was as low as they were going. | yorgi
30/4/2020 13:28 | Well brokers have changed tune this AM. Moved sell price from .65 to .80 and now can't buy any. | waterloo01
30/4/2020 11:22 | I sold all my shares yesterday and I no longer care what happens to this dog. | arthur_lame_stocks
30/4/2020 11:15 | The fact that there has been no further mass sell off today and Silja Investments have not foreclosed on us is a slight brightness in the gloom. I can only conclude that CE must have had something to either tell or show Silja Investments that convinced them that he would get this project over the line and moving forwards. | yorgi
30/4/2020 11:07 | Looks like we are pretty much back down to lows of the beginning of the month but volume right down today so no further mass sell off today so far. | yorgi
30/4/2020 11:05 | Well I hope wherever Arthur invests it works out better for him than it has done here in Minoan. | yorgi
30/4/2020 11:00 | Did any shareholders send any questions through to the NEDS to be raised at the non attended AGM? | pj 1
30/4/2020 09:54 | And little or no debt. Their share value compared to NAV is on a par with Minoan about 10% from memory, so little or no risk starting from such a low level IMV. But once they reach agreement on the loan position here its the same scenario more or less IMV. | wi1l
29/4/2020 20:38 | I may just stick the money into DCI. A similar play but they actually seem capable of developing and selling on their land and the shares are also at a whopping discount to NAV which is independently arrived at. | arthur_lame_stocks
29/4/2020 20:27 | Arthur thanks for your comments over the Years I agree I fo not believe they have Any progress at all. | atlantic57
29/4/2020 20:21 | This time the absence of the word 'constructive' struck me as the most illuminating thing about the RNS this morning | microscope
29/4/2020 20:01 | Arther, sorry to hear it, but best of luck. I think the sentence was more about the current COVID situation than reference to a deal as such. IE travel industry needs are rapidly evolving due to COVID and space is at a premium and space, as Yorgi was musing, is something the project has in spades. | waterloo01
29/4/2020 19:34 | Quite so Nobby ! | yorgi
29/4/2020 19:34 | I can understand your thinking and decision Arthur, for our sake I hope you have made the wrong decision but best of luck where you next invest 😊 Only time will tell whether you are the wise one and those of us holding are wrong. EDIT If I had held a share certificate when I first saw the RNS this morning I might have had nothing to sell by 8.00 😊 | yorgi
29/4/2020 18:57 | I bit the bullet and sold all mine today. It was this paragraph which made me do it: "The directors appreciate shareholders' patience in these matters and reiterate that they do not feel the current situation in any way lessens the potential of the Project. If anything its flexibility, location and size make it highly adaptable to changing needs." That sounds to me like they are nowhere near doing a deal and there will probably be a going concern qualification in the results. I lost enough on these but i'm glad to be shot of this dog and to have cash to invest in something which may pay a return. I think they could go bust and CE has run out of goodwill from a shareholder base which has been messed around for years. | arthur_lame_stocks
29/4/2020 18:43 | I note waterloo said deals not deal in a post this morning. That's very illuminating for me.... | nobbygnome
29/4/2020 18:19 | I know not completely comparable but checked up on something I was posting about yesterday. Now i know Rock near Wadebridge in Cornwall is not Crete. However Gordon Ramsey would appear to have paid £4.4m for a property overlooking the estuary to knock down and build a new house. So if it costs £4.4m in Cornwall for what is then a site for one maybe two properties then in my mind puts it into perspective how undervalued MIN must be for a site many times larger. | yorgi
29/4/2020 16:19 | just jill i think many of us will be dead ! i cant see any evidence of any progress being made. All the bullitin boards are full of endless speculation by posters who have no knowledge of what is going on. The facts are : a) Massive dilution b) regular placings with the we are in talks commentary... c) No evidence that anyone has ever made an offer for part or the whole d) Post covid ce has no cards to play he as the mercy of zechary on the loan and the mercy of any potential buyers who will offer much less than before covid The only positive is the company is still trading ... | atlantic57 |
