Looks to me like MDvorkin is doing any new buyers a favour selling his shares and letting em in at rock bottom as some kind of deal must surely come at some point and put new buyers into a nice profit,we will see.

I doubt the seller has any inside information. No doubt I'm not the only one here who has been investing for very many years, so this won't be original - but nonetheless worth repeating. Sometimes share prices collapse just prior to the release of bad news (the oil explorer i3E was a recent case in point). But if we don't hear anything in the next few days, it's much more likely that these sells have absolutely no bearing on what the share price will be after the next major piece of news is announced. So this presents yet another (!) opportunity to average down for those brave enough - one that I'm likely to take advantage of once funds become available.

Approaching all time lows again, I’d bite your arm off for anything above 3p as it stands, always thought 10p, but wtf is taking so long, anyway we’ll under water now may as well hang on until the end of the quarter as communicated, ☹️

1.75p is about a 60% discount to the debt exchange for share sat 2.75p and even greater those that directors took in place of wages.

I certainly hope that is both short sighted but also very poor timing.

Having said that, unless a large trade is yet to be reported, the sells at 1.6p seem matched and for the grand total of £512

Edit: But must be a seller on the books as could pick up over 100k+ shares at 1.75p

Mdv, I don't understand, you have posted on this thread that you are selling shares to buy them again for your isa and also trading in these shares.
It doesn't need anyone else to tell the company because they read this thread and you will have therefore let them know yourself.

mdvorkin, the company can easily find out if your are the seller. Best way would be to read your public posts (where you tell the BB that you are trading, including in the post above), but they can always have a look at the share register. Why does it matter to you anyhow unless you are being caught out telling one person one thing and doing something quite different.

Seems that everyone wants this to move forward as fast as possible. Hopefully won't be 'deadlocked' for too much longer. They built the airport and port and want to see it being used!

Sitia Mayor George Zervakis spoke to Politica 89.8 and Christos Constanta on the assurance of Deputy Foreign Minister Miltiadis Varvitsiotis that there is no problem in investing in Toplou Monastery because of Brexit.

"This investment has become like the Arta Bridge," Mr. Zervakis said. "Despite the fact that 20 years have passed, I think that all the objections that existed should have been lifted and investors should have gone through some process already. It is a matter that as a Municipality, we have no direct involvement, it is a matter of the investor and the institution that manages the monastery property. There is a trade-off and it is well known because the original design, which included 7,000 beds, has changed, with the new design the beds have been reduced to 2,200, so you understand that contractual compliance is subject to conditions other than that Implementing a project is difficult to implement. "

"Unfortunately, there is no common ground, we have made some efforts to sit at a table so that the investment can be implemented. The conditions in the local community have broken down, we are the only Municipality that is not characterized as a tourist. An investment must be made in order for the Port and Sitia Airport to make use of its potential, "Mr Zervakis said, adding:" The stock is trading in the London fixed market, I think there are no such problems anyway. it has to do with the tourist part. England is a traditional visitor to Greece. I think Mr Varvitsiotis' briefing is also rather incomplete. He expressed an opinion, which I think is not true. "

Making one assumption that the whole thing is immediately over and when we could have the start of construction, Mr. Zervos replied: "I don't know this because I don't know the solvency of investors. Opinions diverge, when you are not in a process, you cannot express an opinion. People think they have the opportunity tomorrow to carry out the program tomorrow morning "When asked if he would say the case is deadlocked, Mr. Zervakis replied:" This is my view and I think it's not just mine view, it captures reality as well. "

"There is a mood on both sides, the question is whether the mood is good intentioned and based on real facts that can resolve some issues. Saying that we have the mood we can say it in the middle, "Mr. Zervakis noted.

Because they haven't actually exercised their warrants (rightly or wrongly, am not sure!)but I have not included Zachary in the above, just used the % calculations on the 435M or so shares currently in circulation. Will rework it for Fully diluted ie as if Zachary took up their 90M warrants.

Would agree very much with what you put in your post yesterday, Tim. I wasn't trying to come up with a valuation merely what I considered to be a good position for someone to be in at the start of this year - a holding at somewhere between 3p and 4p or even less if buying started recently (but most will have averaged down). It remains to be seen what will be achieved, presumably also dependant on the structure of any deal eg whether outright sale of the co or just the land or JV on part or whole but hopefully it will be a successful outcome soon.

Where do Zachary figure in your numbers? Not sure I'd cal them safe hands but with warrants they have a decent %

I’ve been here so long I’ve lost track of how many shares are now in issue and quite frankly I’m past counting. I used to have a 15p value, I took it down to 12p and for no real reason or calculation on dilution I’ve got 6p min in my head.
Any more and I’m happy.

wi1l, caution is sensible, but your valuation may be a little too cautious. The current book value of the project (which hasn't been impaired by the auditors) is circa 8p per share fully diluted. Also, a further 6.35 mn warrants were issued in December @2.75p, at the time of the trading update. I doubt they would be issued at a strike price which the Directors were in a position to know would be barely profitable to the holders (assuming your cautious valuation is correct).

Shouldn't think that there are any in free float here Hugo! Most still holding on and nursing a loss in value of varying degrees depending on whether they have taken advantage of the low prices available over the past few months. Imv ñeed to be averaging 3p to 4p or less to eventually benefit.
