I currently need a 62% premium to get back to B/E on a £15k investment, I’m happy to hold until a deal is done.

Yesterday’s sells did not precede some bad news dropping this morning so we will see if there are more who’s patience have worn out with waiting for any progress after all this time. Quite understandably.

Or will we see some buyers taking advantage of this all time low.

An all time low, so if the sellers are right then it does not look good but the question is are they correct.

The volume was reasonable but not very high and it appeared to be more smaller sells but whether one can draw any conclusions is open to debate.

If you believe the share price is reflecting what is or is not going on then it is oh dear.

If you don’t then just say thank you to the sellers and take advantage 😊

Obviously really sorry I didn't get in on the placement now. :(

Something afoot? ...early sales hardly warrant such a big fall...even for Min?

Cue the infantry ie Yorgi-those crazy enough to not see the smokescreen of the last cash raise are now sitting on yet another CE instigated loss.Of course there is no liquidity so you have to ‘buy’ the story.

So Yorgi-before you ban me again for pointing out how ludicrous your analysis is, what’s the view this time?

#MIN On a level of luxury and controversy akin to the #Minoan #Group’s Itanos Gaia project, the Sitia Bay development will certainly be under keen civic scrutiny here on Crete.

Very little interest in buying MIN at present, sadly. 3 100k sells today and nobody buying despite the low share price

Mr Market wants to see hard evidence via an rns that a deal any deal has been signed.
If and when this happens Mr market well assess the monetarisation of the asset and adjust the share price accordingly.

Many of the comments on the bb would not stand up to basic scrutiny.
I could comment on many examples .

The Major shareholders have put their hands in their pockets which implies they are confident of a positive outcome.

Mr market wants evidence.

A good while ago a rumour was circulated that prospective Partners were monitoring the BB's and any negative comments on the BB's would play into the hands of the Suitors, couples with the apathetic Market Cap. With no deals I now assume that too was a load of garbage circulated by the same source who claimed T&L needed to be sold to clear the decks for an offer....

I also note not one Visitor from Greece yet to the BB

I think it is safe to conclude we can probably post as we see fit.

Still the same as Fri Waterloo sell 100K 2.47 and buy at 2.46!

Seem to be a lot of visitors to this site or whether its the same ones looking in frequently.

Would be a benefit to hear how the proposed JV is progressing.

Waterloo-100k of shares equates to a decent week in Malia for a family of 4.About £2500!!

wi1l, just did a dummy buy/sell at close and could still buy over 100k of shares at 2.46 and sell 100k at 2.47.

Trying to tease out sellers?

Hopefully we might get an update over the next few weeks. !

Must be the hot weather but interestingly or not at the moment you can buy 20 shares for 2.46p and sell them for 2.47p!!

Signing a lock in has no impact on closed periods-however welcome.

I assume if they do even one small offtake deal, they will need to pay for the whole lease?

I think any deal will be subject to further planning regs-has to be if you are carving things up.

And also haven't those lenders/directors participating in the recent subscription agreed not to sell their shares in the open market for six months?

Edit - its just the loan providers:
"(save for only two Loan Providers) that any New Shares issued to him/it as part of the Proposals be subject to a six month lock-in and a subsequent six month orderly market arrangement"

It could happen any time. I believe that CE has stated in the past he will only announce by rns when contracts have exchanged so there will not be any lead-in time. Not that that matters - only those sitting on the sidelines waiting to time their investment will miss out.

The important element is that the JV goes ahead as planned.

The subscription was announced a month ago, maybe it was part of any terms who knows?

I haven't said a deal is imminent. I'm questioning the timing and reaction to the article yesterday

Ok-how can directors and close associates subscribe for new shares with a deal imminent?Surely that would trigger a close period for dealing?

The market is looking for tangible evidence of progress. That much is very clear

A bit more buying should be rewarded with a jump upwards.
