Despite all the frustrations of how long this project has taken to move forwards over the last 20 months and that is an understatement but I still believe we will get there and see a considerably higher share price than where we are now.

MIN as ever continues to test shareholders patience to the extreme and for some I'm quite sure, past breaking point.

Apart from one sale early on those are all PI buys, MM's are playing games showing the recent 50K buys as sells. FWIW.

Yorgi does not have any agenda and is not bothered about creaming off 100 pounds.


I have discussed this stock with yogi many times over the last 6 years including in the flesh.He has always been optimistic and to date his optimism has been dashed.

From my own personal experience of dealing with Minoan.It is a complete waste of money visiting an exhibition where they are exhibiting or attending an egm.

The bod are eternally optimistic never share any of the operational difficulties and to date have achieved nothing other than massive shareholder dilution.

Whilst the company has a quote we live in hope that shareholders may recover some their huge losses.

Wonder too PJ whether they have to disclose shareholdings that exist (or not possibly) in the companies that are paid in shares in exchange for their outstanding fees?? CE's Simmons international where CE is a minority shareholder springs to mind.

After the Director declaration fiasco recently (or should I say lack of Director declaration?) I contacted WH Ireland who clearly told me it was at the discretion of Directors if they disclosed or not <3%, which was against my understanding of Regulations. It now seem, believe it or not, that WH Ireland were incorrect and that ALL Director holdings should be disclosed. I am seeking further clarification

If WH Ireland got that wrong, then what chance do we have that they are actually conducting any correct due diligence on anything from Minoan?

Trust is a very big issue here !

Competence remains an issue .We are never told of operational challenges .
We are only ever told that we are on the verge of great things.

The board are experts at :

a) Tales of woe

b) a complete lack of honesty and transparency

All of the bb are fuelled by speculation and not hard facts.

Meanwhile back on planet earth the share price now stands at close to a 75% discount to when we won the appeal.i have lost track of placings.

The board have made an incredible mess of monetarising the asset. indeed the plan seems to be to keep reducing the market cap

Despite this saga dragging on for far longer than any of us expected or should have done our market cap bears no relationship to the value of the project. I have every confidence the BOD will eventually get it over the line.

The only question is at what value to shareholders, but I still believe significantly more than where we are now.
