Normally you announce positive news like director buying or permitting expenditure which would benefit the share price at the earliest opportunity.

The Bod poured scorn on the 20 million pound valuation that Terence Brown an ex director placed on the site at the egm Given that our market cap is currently around 7
Million pounds and the site was valued @100 million euros the inactivity is a mystery.

We have been in talks for 3 years but none of these parties appear to have spotted
The disparity in valuation.

I remain a holder, perhaps when the final chapter is written ,which does not look like it will be any time soon all will be revealed.

What it does tell us that after all this time there was nothing going on three months ago that required to company to be in a close period, ie no meaningful negotiations were progressing and no serious outside interest in the project. The important word being 'outside'.

The poor wee BoD must hibernate during the winter and the recent spring-like weather (in UK) woke them up. aaawww. 3 months waiting! These guys would make a fortunate as comedians.

And they contribute to company funds, through share placings, so they can get the same money back in payments!

And can you imagine much action any time soon, given they are just notifying now. Unlikely. Though these guys are capable of so much - just not we hoped they were capable of.

Share share price will now probably go back to hibernation.

I had expected it too have been Scotty but I was wrong and it has taken much longer than I had expected. However although very disappointing to long term shareholders of MIN the low share price has given those that see the value to build their holdings at a very cheap price. I have no doubt some will have been able to increase their holdings considerably, lower the average price and hence see a very good profit it time 😊

You really have to start and wonder why investors/partners aren't falling over each other to get in on the act if the project is sooooooooooo good.

Presumably at the time of the placing the company was not in a close period so any negotiations at that time would not have been significant or close to agreement?

Agree yorgi,anyone getting in around these lvls should make a profit but as for those that have held for any length of time will be lucky to get to breakeven,with a good BoD this should have been signed and sealed well over a year ago.

While disappointed how long this is taking to get the project over the line I remain confident of a decent, significant upside from this low share price

It would have been preferable to have had an update of progress on Crete this morning but long tested patience continue to be tested.

Regardless I’m not doubting that the BOD will get us over the line and the present share price market cap is way to low for the valuable asset the Crete site is.

Well it's taken them nearly 3 months to make a holding declaration (3rd December 2018),what hope do you have of a quick conclusion on signing off a deal on CS.
