I thought we were supposed to be at the "end game" many times before.

Still plenty of time for this lot to come up with a sad tale of woe and why the deal can't be done for now. Then shaft small shareholders and then do something that suits the BoD financially.

Well, we know we are in the ''end game'' and whilst I agree finances must be tight (as they always have been)we also need to recall that there should have been some, yet to be announced, cost savings.

Despite my well published negativity at some point a developer is going to make a move for this, and on that basis news could land at any time.

I think that the BOD are the obstacle to any deal, while the asset itself would be seen as very viable in other peoples' hands. Eggleton is most likely the deal breaker...

I certainly endorse your comment the Bod have made a complete mess of exploiting a world class asset.They have also consistently not presented investors with a transparent presentation of what is really happening.

Could be a lot more selling as we head towards the UK tax year end and peeps decide to realise a loss, believing they'll get back in before any sustained rise.

Could well end up well before 2p before long, and then fear feeding on fear before the worm turns. That's assuming it does and the BoD don't shaft small shareholders, one way or another.

Not encouraging seeing sells of that size but with the lack of any publicised progress and the time just slipping away frustration will result in such sales I'm afraid.

I doubt they are on holiday but although we are not being updated on any progress I’m quite sure CE and others will be doing all they can to move the project forwards even if there is clearly no evidence that is the case.

Dear AllI appreciate that many of you keep emailing asking me for updates but currently the members of the group appear to be very silent and I haven't had any information for quite some time.I can only assume that they are either off on a holiday someone enjoying the sun or in discussions with a number of groups to get this project started, but please this is only an assumption that is likely to be wrong.So here we are, until the group gets someone to signup we will unfortunately remain in limbo and the longer this goes on, then expect another fundraising being required to pay for the next holiday.Apologies for being negative and perhaps I'm totally wrong and an announcement will shortly be made. Maybe.

I can only assume that they are either off on a holiday someone enjoying the sun or in discussions with a number of groups to get this project started, but please this is only an assumption that is likely to be wrong.

So here we are, until the group gets someone to signup we will unfortunately remain in limbo and the longer this goes on, then expect another fundraising being required to pay for the next holiday.

Apologies for being negative and perhaps I'm totally wrong and an announcement will shortly be made. Maybe.

On the one hand we are told that on
A number of occasions a nda has been signed.These parties have substantial
Funds to take a 500 million pound
Project forwards.

Yet none of them ever get as far as valuing the site or noting Min low
Market valuation how cheap it would be
To pick the company up.It does not feel right
