15/8/2018 13:25 | Nick I agree with your post . Could you join the board why faf Around with piddling transaction Of say 6 million pounds when you have A hundred million euro asset. | atlantic57
15/8/2018 13:22 | Well I may as well join the speculation Party.Given the lateness of the hour on the balance of probability we are probably Looking at some form of refinancing deal. If there are people out there genuinely Negotiating to buy the travel side they Have the bod over a barrel. They know about the loan obligations being Settled on 31 8 so they can name there own price. | atlantic57
15/8/2018 11:25 | Uncertainty has kept this down at such an absurd discount to the value of the assets. They have the loan to deal with that has fuelled the uncertainty but the assets are a multiple of that. Obviously I wish they could sell both with ease but, given a choice, I would much rather they got a little less for a £6m or £7m asset and had a rising value and competing interest for their (my estimate) £75m asset. | nick2412
15/8/2018 11:20 | Someone grabbed a bargain. The bottom line is that MIN has a circa £6m travel asset and (taking a middle valuation) £75m Crete asset. The former they are struggling to complete on and the latter is in a rising market and, I suspect, in demand with significant interest. It's the market uncertainty that is valuing MIN at 5p when the assets are worth circa 25p per share based on a fully diluted 300m shares being in issue. I hope they go for a complete sale even if the return is somewhat less and I do know from direct conversations that a complete sale would be the most tax efficient route. It hasn't been ruled out and as they struggle to sell travel then it sounds the best scenario. I don't know if the board's hands are tied in terms of communication but they and their nomad should update on Crete as, almost certainly based on the current market in Greece, there will be interested buyers for CS at optimum prices. CE has said as such in the last public announcements but not enough detail has been given. | nick2412
15/8/2018 11:13 | Probably did justjill - someone ended up with 600K shares at below 5p and must be feeling rather pleased with life! | wi1l
15/8/2018 11:07 | Yo-yoing up and down keeping the mm's trading. Party interested in buying a major stake in CS development must still be around as (again) we haven't heard anything to the contrary. He could come up trumps with sufficient funds and then there would be only one way for the share price to go.Still all to play for IMHO. | wi1l
15/8/2018 10:59 | I'm not a great believer in conspiracy theories.... But I wonder did we just witness a so-called "tree shake"....and maybe most of those follow-on buys were for one order? | justjill
15/8/2018 10:55 | Real shareholders buy more news coming - RERATING 25-30P | optrade
15/8/2018 10:53 | Nothing much was happening earlier on.One way for the mm's to supposedly earn their keep? | wi1l
15/8/2018 10:50 | I do not understand the movement of this share! Half an hour ago we get large round number sells and them almost immediately similar buys to bring it back up....any explanations out there? | jamdan1
15/8/2018 10:48 | buyers back in, mm's adjusting on every trade. | wi1l
15/8/2018 10:37 | Please Waterloo! We're all seriously hacked off, but most that have been here for a while try and avoid too much Ramping or Deramping. Whatever the current situation about T+L sale and Crete deals, we are not a candidate for death spiral financing! Please go and DEramp somewhere else! I mean come on..... | justjill
15/8/2018 10:34 | HMM have the mms ever taken a stock down ahead of company making news eh quick answer YES BUY BUY BUY | optrade
15/8/2018 10:31 | I should hope the BoD have more important matters to address than comments on a bulletin board, especially as the share price continues to crater. | colinzeal
15/8/2018 10:28 | Which would mean a raise of £7m will mean a 60% dilution, although given the current BOD performance, I'm not sure who would stump that up. Death spiral financing next stop! | waterloo01 |
