30/7/2018 10:36 | I seriously have concluded the Bod are taking the p*ss out of Private Investors. Privately enjoying what they see as ridicule. | pj 1
30/7/2018 10:30 | Atlantic I immediately apologize and will edit. I meant to say Align. For some reason typed Atlantic! | verisonal
30/7/2018 10:26 | I am not sure why you are attacking me personally versional. I am stating the obvious , it is readily apparent that there has to be an rns tomorrow. | atlantic57
30/7/2018 10:17 | I think all of us on this board whether bulls, bears or indifferent, (I like it!), or just plain cynical, realise this is no more than a cheap attempt by Align to look clever. The interims to April are required to be out by tomorrow, so by tweeting that news is imminent they are seeking cheap popularity when it arrives. Had they mentioned that the interims were due tomorrow and that an accompanying statement was therefore anticipated, it would have at least made them look more plausible. | verisonal
30/7/2018 09:03 | Align research with beautiful timing ''Ref Minoan Plc #MIN Expecting an update re the T&L sale imminently. Remain resolute buyers at this level.'' No doubt a paid for tweet | pj 1
30/7/2018 09:01 | Snap Atlantic. | scotty1
30/7/2018 09:01 | Jill I'm negative, positive, indifferent all at the same time, that's what MIN does to you after following for what seems a lifetime, just get the feeling the RNS will not be what we expect and I don't mean to the good side, you could think the buying is telling you the RNS is going to be positive, but reckon the buying today is just a few buying on yesterday's article.Still I only need a break even of 6p this time around. | scotty1
30/7/2018 08:55 | The buying this morning is clearly on the tips given by shareprohets and others. We will know soon enough whether it is solid information that the tipsters were fed.... | atlantic57
30/7/2018 08:46 | Reckon we all know there's a imminent update,the problem is we don't know whether it's going o be positive or negative. | scotty1
30/7/2018 08:41 | RT AlignResearch "Ref Minoan Plc #MIN Expecting an update re the T&L sale imminently. Remain resolute buyers at this level." | optrade
30/7/2018 08:14 | Wonder has anyone at Shareprophets spoke to the BoD. Certainly very bullish statement to issue, set within narrow timeframe not to have a lot of egg on yer face if it doesn't happen. (perhaps they've had a "steer" that Scotty didn't feel he'd got) Though suspect they are right. Just BoD as usual putting us through the wringer, time-wise. Old habits die hard. | justjill
30/7/2018 07:13 | Am just hopeful there will be one by close of play tomorrow! | wi1l
30/7/2018 07:08 | And unfortunately not a 7am RNS to explain everything but more than likely to be received tomorrow. | wi1l
29/7/2018 21:21 | wil, updates either good or bad. Nothing is making any sense at all, business transactions just do not take this long | pj 1
29/7/2018 21:14 | What type of information do you think they are holding back from the market? | wi1l
29/7/2018 20:20 | Whatever the case in question may be, I am convinced MIN are withholding information from the Market, and hiding behind the 'Greece forever syndrome'. We are governed by UK regulations though, not Greek. | pj 1
29/7/2018 20:11 | It was just a thought PJ, as it also occurred to me (from the wording of the last RNS) that the delay might not have just been the purchaser. The RNS said something along the lines that the bod would be ready to exchange contracts in a couple of weeks which suggested that they were being just as slow (to be expected!). | wi1l
29/7/2018 20:03 | Bizarre. Most Company's wanting to buy another Company want to complete as quickly as possible as they see synergies and opportunity above those of the Vendor, and want to complete before the seller realises the same and has second thoughts. Obviously not in the case with Minoan. Wil, assuming the Purchaser has funding in place, why would they delay? | pj 1
29/7/2018 19:53 | There must be very good reason for the bod bearing with such a long delay if indeed it is the purchaser who has been delaying the process. Maybe the purchaser and the party looking to buy a significant interest in the CS development are one and the same?? Now then, it has been touched on before and is a slightly more positive thought, would be quite an announcement with the interims IMHO FWIW! | wi1l
29/7/2018 19:21 | Other HSR 'open' tips include, OBT, FLX,WSBN,UJO,SLE,REA Note all are still held as open positions. I suggest anyone notes the charts of all those Company's and compares to the MIN chart and pays attention to the common visual denominator. Answers on a post card please. Beware of any Shareprophets tips imo | pj 1
29/7/2018 19:12 | Atlantic the article tells us nothing we don't know, infact I believe we have a better idea of what's occuring Than NS,probably he's hoping to get out with a quick profit with his trade buy, think he'll need more than his fingers crossed with this one, will be glad to see RNS Tuesday and see what excuses they have this time around. | scotty1
29/7/2018 17:39 | The Headline is Big News this week? Wow I would like to write articles for Shareprophets... | atlantic57 |
