Last "shout for stout"...last "cheeeer for beer"...last "call for alcohol"....

Looks as though it may well be a Monday for interims....and more important news?

Just Jill he did announce that we were endrering the most exciting period in the Companies history.Since then we have lost 50% of the share price

He will need to announce some solid evidence of progress.

We are in talks with third parties is not something the market is interested in.

Until such time as someone puts some money down we cannot measure the potential up lift in MIn share price

The Directors negotiating skills to date indicate their ability to negotiate.

Scotty, I think he was just stating the obvious - but because he didn't directly address your point you took that as a negative.

He would have always be going to make a statement with the results. Usually it's bland. Last year's was to tell us we were about to enter most rewarding period in history for company, or something like that...when share price was around 10p!!!!

But if everything is still on track - and I think it is - then this year's statement will be very different and have much more impact! And I think he does not want a scintilla of that to be revealed in an answer to a small(??!) shareholder before it goes into an RNS - particularly as it will be such a mega event (even if you do regularly email). That's my take.

Wishful thinking but maybe Ce is going to exchange and then announce that with the interims. There is still time for exchange, meeting in 14 days, complete and pay the loan off, even in this hot weather.

Hope your right Atlantic but why say "I will make a statement in the imminent interims"if all is on track,as I said we all read into things differently.

With the amount of money CE as been taking out of the company I don't think patience comes into it with him,I don't have a problem with a CEO taking bonuses when they achieve goals but he hasn't warranted his high remuneration so far imo.

Scotty the deal must be still going through as if the other side pulled out, Ce would
Have to make an announcement.News usually leaks out and this is reflected in the share price
I think the share price is telling us that this is going to go to the wire.

All will have to be revealed shortly but for me it is 50 :50 whether the purchasers
Complete or fail to complete.

I agree with that last sentence Scotty! haha

It's crossed my mind a number of times that these guys aren't really bothered how they are viewed by shareholders, as possibily for most - depending on changes following T+L sale, their executive lives maybe nearing an end.

However, more than us, they see the train nearing. They therefore know all their share options will be fulfilled and probably a few more sweeteners besides. They have more knowledge than us and therefore have more patience.

Well you are certainly on the money there. When the Directors finally got an unappeal able approval was it June 2017 I thought we would get the show on the road.
However I was wrong it was as if this was a brand new project and we were starting from the beggining

Then came the sale of a travel business which is a noddy transaction but here we are
8 months on from when interest was allegedly expressed and still waiting.

This Board of Directors are in a league of their own.

Think we're all tired here Atlantic, for obvious reasons. And when you are tired every small thing irritates and stresses.

Interims were on 26th July last year. Maybe Hugo is right...and it will be Monday AM. Or it could be this afternoon. share price was around 10p at that time :) oooh for the days of double digits!

No slight intended on Scotty, but as I already said earlier, I don't think there is anything negative about latest feedback - it could actually indicate they are about to deliver and don't want to indicate til it's in an RNS.

Just Jill this is a toss of a coin.

Hillside loan is payable on demand.Until contracts are exchanged with cash all options are possible .I am neither a buyer or a seller at these levels.

Colin zeal sums up my feelings on Minoan.I am hoping that the Directors get this over
Line but this is based on hope not on any confidence in the Directors.

''Busy'' arranging alternative finance as one example.

Terms of loan would only have been agreed after they new the sale was soldid.

And lender would have wanted proof of that! Especially since passed to new Co. Option to "call in" maybe just one of the tools that that company apply to various loan situations.

The absence of news is causing peeps to needlessly fret.

Don't get me wrong....like the rest of us, I think information/meeting timelines has been sh*t all along.

AS mentioned at time, busy doesn't mean constructively busy, just more chasing their tails. If the deal is off or the loan called in they need to release this information ASAP not wait for the next planned announcement.

Guys as a logical process interims were always going to technically come "first"....even if same announcement. What would be the point of results of something you have just you've sold.

Also it was just last week, when Scotty got reply about things be "busy"....with no hint of trouble.

I'm not clear on what Scotty wrote above this time, but it may just be a kiss that everything is ready to roll and CE was afraid to give any hint of situation.

One of the early sells yesterday was 5.1 and a later block.....that's probably why share price sell was moved down. Think we're over-thinking on here....

Agree. I fear the BoD are withholding information from the Market in the hope news from Crete will pacify an ''end of negotiations'' statement for the T&L sale. The question is if so, how long have they been withholding that information and , as always, what dubious due diligence did the NOMAD undertake?

Hmmmmm, they have used ''imminent? I well warned them against using that word at UKIS, so to do so is really taking the p*ss imo. I still conclude there is an apparent joy in playing games with PI's.

Imminent in Director speak is not the same ''imminent'' as interpreted by PI's.

Imminent means <2 years to a Director of a listed Company.

Hopefully 'imminent' means tomorrow and along come the interim results with an explanation - it should help to answer the uncertainty that surrounds the T&L sale.

Christ...looking at sub 5p soon! What a shower this stock is! Once I'm out I'm going to buy myself a nice big bottle of Bollinger and celebrate that this nightmare is finally over. No more CE, CS, T&L or anything else remotely Minoan-related...
