Lukehere, posted on LSE.There is no (Minoan) land, no registerd lease, no footprint, never mind any value; just an ever increasing number of shares.There is however a consistent failure to deliver which can be set alongside an interminable chain of RNS's , mostly falsely claiming that promising developments were imminent.Investors in Minoan have been patently and persistently misled.Why should 2024 prove any different ?Seems like a very clued up investor, saying what many know to be true.

Mass panic setting in the Guild ..posts suddenly jumped to 1016, probably most of them Nobby, telling the lemmings, don’t panic, news is coming, whilst subtly reducing is over ambitious holding.🤦

City, in Italy they won’t be too happy with the word Tripe, which is a delicacy in some regions.

Perhaps 💩 is more appropriate here.

You mean administration and shareholder wipeout, if they can’t raise anymore cash or get project financing, then highly likely imo NAV is irrelevant

If the project is that exciting, where are all the offers to take MIN? None, tells you all you need to know. The Monks have played them big time

end game but just death by a thousand cuts,no just can’t see any value in the remote scub land only for goat grazing. The whole crackpot scheme was devised decades ago, nothing ever happens apart from shareholders are diluted every year with confetti shares and more share price drops, this could play out until the We are bust” sign appears. Guild lemmings, blame Nobby entirely, he’s clueless even, Zippy had more intelligence
