12/3/2024 10:37 | They are seriously fkd next FTSE drop All going good here though 😂 | institutional investments
12/3/2024 10:35 | A FTSE rally was due. 12th Feb week found lower support and then the 3 weeks down kept upper support of 7620s close But a lot of weakness in bigger shares for the rally. Killed the hopes of a few more on 350 | institutional investments
12/3/2024 10:31 | I dropped a few buys yesterday evening . FTSE had done a rally from around 7620s and the shares involved did nothing. So any further wasn't going to be much. Have them in the short watchlist for another day | institutional investments
12/3/2024 10:20 | Nice scam there nobby buys 150 shares for 0.8p then more sellers arrive and the price drops back🤦ㇿ George going is very bad news indeed. Monks have always played a blinder, why should they deal with an outfit with no monies, who’s going to take over the negotiations now, and how are they going to pay for their services? | ny boy
12/3/2024 08:09 | Many tiddlers have either gone bust or heading to 0p. After George suddenly left, a key negotiator with the Foundation, after nearly 2 yrs, nothing achieved what hope do the Bod have now. I would surmise very little. Can't see them surviving now, dyor as always. | ny boy
12/3/2024 04:48 | I’m in Asia but dont play the financial markets. Watch the ftse after today’s US CPI data at 13.30gmt. If not strong it looks like the ftse wants to finally break out and have a run to test 8000 and a new ATH, one of the few lagging indicies todate. | ny boy
12/3/2024 00:32 | Go to Asia and have some fun tonight. UK only a Micky mouse market. A plaything | institutional investments
12/3/2024 00:30 | Some see charts as just technical. Far from it. Very fundamental. An understanding of what the makers of markets are thinking and doing. Their fundamental opinions expressed . Only real place it is so. Just got to get the gerbils off the charts in your way and see what matters | institutional investments
12/3/2024 00:12 | But this is different, AIM and lower dude. Pure scumville and con jobs Thing is, you will see that in charts too dude. | institutional investments
12/3/2024 00:09 | Il tell you "How can you be a good buyer if you can't see the other side coming (or bulls turning pessimistic - same call re sell) and know when to sell?" Fair enough 😂 | institutional investments
12/3/2024 00:08 | I sat with a great buyer for a long period. Not city or anything like that. I was only allowed to short, for a year. No buying I asked why the hell is it me always looking to short Know the reply? | institutional investments
12/3/2024 00:05 | The day you don't care if right or wrong on any given deal..is the day you made it All that should be planned before the buy button is hit. Entry, loss price exit, additions, reductions etc etc ...should be all known before first buy The only time that changes is a shock event or price rams through where you wanted to do something . It's about it Don't care if trader or investor. It's all the same bar time | institutional investments
12/3/2024 00:01 | I think the boys are only winding you up about charts etc. The only thing that matters is making and not losing much when wrong . It doesn't matter how anyone does it. End result in any way is all that matters | institutional investments
11/3/2024 23:58 | "PS I don't need to attempt to predict the future. I use my factual charts and chart indicators to try to make sense of the future." That is trying to predict the future. Base upon, patterns, prices, fundamentals, whatever...everyone is trying to predict the future based upon something. Buying and selling based upon both mostly The only time it's not is even you have a particular target to buy or sell, and exiting on same ..re don't care what the future is looking like. Your riding point A to point B on market and sentiment probabilities | institutional investments
11/3/2024 23:54 | "you can't predict chart patterns before they form" Actually you can. With trend you can draw the coming pattern to a 95/% certainty. The only time you get it wrong is trend changing but tbh, you ain't in until it confirms either anyway | institutional investments
11/3/2024 23:11 | My charts and chart indicators are all factual, Institutional Investor. They're historical records only. I use them to determine whether a share, or commodity, is currently bearish, or bullish. I can't predict the future, but the trend is often your friend! I'm also on the lookout for potentially bearish and bullish chart patterns. Again I can't predict their formation; I wait until they form (if they do form) because you can't predict chart patterns before they form. If they do form I know the potential target share price is not guaranteed, but the history of these patterns shows that the odds favour the likely target share price being achieved. For instance on the Gold price chart a potentially Bullish Cup & Handle pattern could be seen forming on the 13 year chart and around a week ago it finally formed. That gives a likely price target of $3000+. That target price is not guaranteed, but it's likely. It's all about probability theory. PS I don't need to attempt to predict the future. I use my factual charts and chart indicators to try to make sense of the future. Cathie Wood is attempting to sell her latest ETF to investors. It's in her financial interest. I'm not attempting to sell anything with my charts | papillon |
