10/3/2024 19:19 | "In the end the discussion about the auditors report is just background noise." Can't agree with that. If no deal, and looking at other RNSs since April 2023 audit, it's time up | institutional investments
10/3/2024 19:18 | Cheers Atlantic. Very good auditing last year anyway | institutional investments
10/3/2024 16:08 | Hello Mudbath I believe a public Company must file accounts within 6 months of the accounting reference date.I believe that takes us to the end of April. The auditors will have to make the same judgement call when drafting out their report. In the end the discussion about the auditors report is just background noise. If they are unable to find partners to develop the site it is only worth what someone is prepared to pay . I don’t lay any great emphasis on the audit report . The key question remains getting partners on board. | atlantic57
10/3/2024 16:01 | Institutional Page 14 I believe sets out clearly what work was undertaken by the auditor . If the above link does not work simply go to companies house and read the audit report . | atlantic57
10/3/2024 13:45 | It set aim standards | institutional investments
10/3/2024 13:41 | An early demise I reckon, this nonsense can’t carry on much longer, it’s just embarrassing even for AIM standards🤦 | ny boy
10/3/2024 13:35 | So we have going concern doubt, a lift in share price for the loan dumpers and departure of the main man with weeks to go Looking good | institutional investments
10/3/2024 13:34 | Hilarious pumping elsewhere : Minoan Group Plc Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt April 28, 2023 Minoan Group Plc filed its Annual on Apr 28, 2023 for the period ending Oct 31, 2022. In this report its auditor, Anstey bond llp, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern. Nobbygnome8 Mar '24 - 21:37 - 4058 of 4058 0 0 0 >> sal It’s most definitely your loss as there is a lot of money to be made in MIN in the very near future. I will remind you when you miss out…. Just something for you to ponder, the audited NAV is €60 million…. | institutional investments
10/3/2024 13:22 | Latest lift in SP Wholly designed for the last offload upon gerbils | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 13:06 | It's not even a punt. Anyone pumping this should be shot. Obviously trying to offload their last shares.. I hope the guild is bearish. If not, it's run by a fraud or a dimwit | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 13:04 | So it's a deadline deal or bust . Nearly there However, nobody is addressing the actual value of a deal ..and financial/ownership structure He did a runner because imo auditors won't sign Bye bye MIN | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 13:02 | Fair play. Just saw that | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 13:02 | Minoan Group Plc Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt April 28, 2023 Minoan Group Plc filed its Annual on Apr 28, 2023 for the period ending Oct 31, 2022. 10/3/2024 13:00 | Its a dead duck. . Shall monitor carefully what the auditor signs off, if signs off and compare to past sign offs. And request various valuation methods based upon numbers signed off, and evidence of the structure for that and what assumptions were used, where needed | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 12:53 | Like II said, that can only be forecasted upon factuals. Where are those? You are all discussing a market and structure, none of you seem to fully understand | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 12:53 | It's all well and good discussing meetings and such, but how much is the land and project forecasted to be worth to MIN, net cash to bank? If got an agreement lol And how much if not? | vlad the impaler
10/3/2024 12:47 | Thanks atlantic57. You posted the following some 12 months ago. "Regardless, the Foundation discussions do remain ongoing as outlined in the RNS and George went over the last year and what has been agreed, which is pretty much everything, except a final yes and signing. There is a sense that maybe they could be expedited and the message to the BOD was to do so and to that end, a meeting is planned in May with GM, which could well see a final resolution." The Foundation, as ever, remain a silent party, whilst Professor George Mergos, for personal reasons, has resigned as a Director of Minoan and as Chairman of Loyalward Limited. It is quite possible that the ever extending longevity of the project proposals is starting to resonate negatively with not only investors, but also with the BoD along with the company auditors and loan note holders. What is the latest date that Minoan can appraise the market of its 2023 results? I believe that their eventual publication will generate an overdue watershed moment for all concerned. | mudbath
10/3/2024 12:16 | Il come back later for all the answers . Of course, I haven't looked into it all at all and wouldn't know Looking forward to bull factuals on the above II | institutional investments
10/3/2024 12:15 | Now, we could argue the land is worth 20 million based upon 2 million for 10%. This would be incorrect but let's give it that What is it now valued at by C Inv or whoever they passed it on to ? | institutional investments
10/3/2024 12:02 | Now in my experience, MIN must own the whole land in full via cash purchase or debt , and in name , to be listed at x valuation on a balance sheet So what's the ACTUAL ownership structure of the land today ? | institutional investments
10/3/2024 12:01 | KPMG ex auditor... How can auditors sign off a valuation based upon something that MUST occur in the future , and not in existence today ? We can see the valuation method is based upon an IF | institutional investments
10/3/2024 11:56 | Hence MIN share price of course | institutional investments
10/3/2024 11:55 | For now il just say, the valuation is based upon something that doesn't exist | institutional investments
10/3/2024 11:54 | I'm assuming the MIN bull experts know the details What are those?. Then il give my version | institutional investments |
