Nice technical summary robbie and many thanks - thats the kind of effort we like here.

My recollection for what its worth is that GEX released its most recent drilling programme results at circa 5.15pm on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Hey presto - it appears now that they may do the same again with the expected drilling results.

GEX have been quiet good in recent years at meeting their own deadlines in terms of releasing expected news.

Got in this morning after reading about that 'article' in the Independent
Plus.. it sounds like an 'update' RNS is due soon (from going through previous postings on this board)
Good luck to us all!

robbie, gex

nice rising chart clearly supported by its shorter term ma and with a rising long term ma. bullish and technically sound and solid.

so i decided to check the credentials. well, it is a gold mining stock. no surprises. the mining sector has been the no.1 bullish sector surpassing the oil sector, now no.3 sector.

there is a nice scatter of vol spikes. there was a golden cross early this month.

healthy and fit and destined to rise further!! a golden handshake for the lucky holders !!

Picked up a few yesterday and today, don't like chasing, but looks and interesting gold play.

I doubt we'll see an RNS tomorrow. Komana results are with Glencar according to a well situated contact but just too tight a schedule to get them out tomorrow.

09:42:25 13.65 50,000 actually happened at 08:41:38 when the price was lower i.e. it was buy.

I can confirm this one at least because it is mine.

The 3 lots of 100k trades @ 13.75p (after the 500k trade) were all buys - look at the time of trade - executed at 09:17hrs & 09:19hrs when bid/offer was 13.5p/13.75p.

The trades of 500,000 and three 100,000 happened earlier than stated on squaregain. They occured at about 9.15, when the spread was 13.50 / 13.75. So, a sell and 3 buys if you want to follow the trades closely, as I feel compelled to do at the minute as looking forward to news. Of course for each trade there was a buyer and a seller, we just have the price to go on to guage progress. With the time stamp varying between data providers, we have no chance of gaining any meaningful info from trade gazing IMO. Best just to sit back and thing about the company prospects and all you have researched.

tc1> i suppose that depends on whether you are over exposed. 67k may be peanuts for some of course. We will just have to wait and see. I'm still in for £1000 worth, so small fry really. Still in prof though so cant complain.

I see your point but 500k, followed by 4 lots of 100k seems quite a lot of selling considering that news is due out soon.

Unless someone is unwinding their position? Don't know..great isn't it.

I'll be back after lunch
