jacko - if I had bought a million shares at say 4p...I would now be reducing my exposure as well....results can go either way....the market is also prone to selling news so there is nothing wrong with reducing the exposure prior to an expected announcement...especially if you are sitting on a fairly huge profit....

jacko - these were down below 4p last year...if someone had picked up say 1000000 shares at 4p...they could be either starting to take profit or they are selling half...keeping half...nice money whichever way you look at it...or am I being optimistic ? ; O

Is it a sell? No effect on the price at the time of trading.
As with run of 100k's.
Who knows?
The state of the price at the end of the day is the best indicator..someone said..

List of trades as reported, from an ADVFN competitor shows that the trades that look like sells above, i.e

09:55:15 13.60 60,000 actually happened at 08:55:11 when the price was lower i.e. it was buy.
09:42:25 13.65 50,000 actually happened at 08:41:38 when the price was lower i.e. it was buy.
09:42:25 13.65 36,213 actually happened at 08:42:21 when the price was lower i.e. it was buy.
09:41:40 13.65 50,000 actually happened at 08:41:38 when the price was lower i.e. it was buy.

So, as usual looking at the list of trades is meaningless. I think of every trade as a BUY AND as a SELL, which of course it is. Fixating on if a trade is a buy OR a sell is a waste of time IMO.

the 109085k trade is timed at 0859 acc to a.n other list of trades and 50k at 09.02 which is before it popped up from 13p bid 13.75 offer shortly after that.

Looks like all buys so far to me.

this share doesn't move quickly imo so if the news is positive i would see it making 20p in 4-6 months.

looks like the market does not want the punters to see that there is basically only buying going on this morning....very interesting....delayed trades coming through as sells.....still like the look of this....any of you care to predict where this is going assuming the announcement is positive ??? ; )

Just picked up some more at 13.75p and now the quote is 14p ...

Now thats strange...just tried to see what price they would quote for £1500 and I get the response order too big please call.

val - good choice IMHO, SCAP now bidding for 250k at 13.875p, do they know something is afoot? ;)
