jdgeus, i was only responding to a previous poster who commented that the above projects didnt seem to be discussed in any great detail at the agm.
I couldnt make the agm and reading the rns this morning, it is vague to say the least. I also realise that the feasability study from dalradian should be released shortly and next month further results from buchans/lundberg should give us a clearer picture of what 2017 might hold for that particular project, which should be signifigant giving its advanced stage of exploration.
But at the same time there is nothing wrong on commenting on other projects that seem to have hit a brick wall so to speak. Particulary woodstock, when we were led to believe a major chinese player was interested and at the pennines where Rowan Maules predictions were over the top to say the least.

Im going to sound like a broken record here but in the short term this is all about Dalradian, I thought that was obvious, is anyone here really invested for the Pennines or Woodstock!

I suggest anyone who wants more detail on projects not specifically discussed in the update should give management a call.

It must be 18/24 months since there was any mention of the Pennines. Not long before that Rowan Maule was predicting an operating mine within five years???

Little over 12 months ago a chinese company was conducting due diligence at woodstock, it too seems to have ground to a stalemate situation. Xtierra, is anyones guess, things must be bleak when these projects barely provoke a mention.

Absolutly nothing in that RNS...complete re-hashed dribble and anyone woho thinks otherwise are lying or kidding them selves...Minco now like before is only a long term bet, top draw stuff..no wonder it was dead flat all week..

Unless I have missed it, no comment in the RNS about North Pennines, Woodstock, Xtierra or DALR NSR. Was there anything on these reported at the AGM itself?

Jam tomorrow it is then. Still way underwater on these though there clearly is potential upside. Time will tell The next fundraising is when? . Good luck all.

Minco joins gold staking rush in Newfoundland.

Altius Minerals recently announced a gold discovery and following that news there was a staking rush in Newfoundland, near the Marathon Gold deposit. Apperantly Minco joined as well.

Altius discovery:

Very interesting. All companies that joined this staking rush got a lot of attention on the Canadian markets. Good news that Minco also staked some ground there.

In the absence of any AGM statement RNS (so far anyway), I welcome any feedback from the AGM, whether perceived as positive or negative. Good luck all.

Haha guys, i have no problems with you sharing some less positive messages as that makes discussions going. But when i read your messages and know that you are still a shareholder, you are doing something wrong. If you are convinced about what you share here, then sell your shares and put your money in a stock that has better odds. Why keep hanging on to Minco?

Even if you are down 75%, its easier to earn your money back in a good company (by selling your minco and buying something better) then keep your minco shares and not get that share price appreciation

Yes probably jam tomorrow stuff as per usual, otherwise if it was great would have been plastered all over the boards with the share price shooting up, infact it dropped and like i mentioned in the leading up to it there was little if any activity which just didnt add up if good news its on in its way as its is always leaked before hand...But if you mention the truth people dont like it and start getting iriatated as if you can only protray 1 opinion and that is "oh its a multi bagger, and this year is big etc" when infact its been these levels for many years....do some research and there are many small cap minors out there which have better resources than minco and there price is struggling...so look past the bull and do your own research...

Good on you jdgeus, my guess would be tomorrow will be informative but nothing more, big news will come from Dalradian over the next 12 months and when zinc hits usd3500

I think you have to be prepared to hold these types of small resource stocks for years, they are hugely impacted by commodity price cycles and given they only have a handful of projects it can easily be years before any company changing news, maybe some investors don't appreciate that.

We may get very little, or even zero company changing news tomorrow, I don't necessarily expect any, but I do expect company changing news in the medium term with Dalradian planning and Canadian zinc, which is why I continue to hold and accumulate.

Sorry to hear you are sick SM9. You need to keep taking your medication or perhaps the dosage needs to be increased. I hope we'll get some good news tomorrow. There will have to be several positive developments over the next few months with metal prices booming. Zinc is now over $2700, Lead is $2265 and Copper almost $6000 with more to come. Big change from early in the year.
