I still hold Cherwell and probably would not be able to sell if i wanted to, which i don't. Its time will come IMO but as with all small Bio's it will take time.

The company is now in negotiation with a number of potential acquirers and has reached term sheet stage with some of them ' because of the sensitivity of the discussions, it is not possible to say much more at this time, although if the outcome is as the company expects, it should secure the future for the technology, as well as providing investors with an exit route.

Did he tip Cherwell on his subscription site? Hadn't heard that tenapen (certainly not what my post said) but he did once 'tip' it for sure, as i hinted.
Do you hold Cherwell tenapen? If so good luck I fear you are going to need it.

As for FAN Glenn I agree with you it looks good value, though there is a lot of talk of bungs in footaball and while I feel sure FAN are not involved in any way, it potentially creates a general image problem for companies such as FAN involved in football transfers. Maybe that is why the shares are so cheap and you are wise to get in at this level. Good luck with what could be a shrewd ahead of the pack investment as was Lo-Q; well done!
Watching brief for me, but certainly tempted.

fan is a bargain in my book - i dont understand the reason for the fall there i really dont, however all of my funds are heading for loq , 25p now, 150p in two years and the market cap then will only be 20 million

I think MBK probably is worth support but it is indeed as risky as they come and I still worry about cashflow.

Incidentally speaking of Watsh*t; FAN is another of his I believe - perhaps you helped him out there too Glenn; -;). Joking!!

No, seriously, the sad thing is he gets paid for it and after DGP on Thursday disasters like SYNC and CP. he does seem rather accident prone for a "professional".
Still, there's always Cherwell! -:)

yes it does look cheap - i did hold but moved the money into fan which hasnt done much and loq

yes i thin its worth a punt at these levels

3.5p offer does look cheap but will the orders come !

On the LH issue, he tips high reward companys but with that comes higher risk.

Another day another Heron company with a profit warning (yesterday DGP). However the idea they were about to run out of cash from one poster has been proved wrong.

'In spite of the delayed shipments and corresponding delay in cash inflow, the
Company has adequate resources for its foreseeable working capital requirements.

Orders received by the Company for shipment so far this year amount to
£1,505,000. In addition, high probability prospects represent further potential
revenue of around £1,600,000. Given reasonable assumptions on the conversion of
prospects to orders, and taking into account production capabilities, the
Company anticipates that sales for the full year 2006-7 should reach £2,500,000.
Whilst this is below the most recent analyst forecasts, this level of sales
would represent an increase of some 16% over sales in 2005-6.'

Hi Steve3005 I believe that handycam may have some information I hope he will tell us, I also think the information he has may be very important to the survival of Millbrook. I think it's up to PS to inform the market of any changes. The question is will he. Yes Millbrook issued further shares to obtaln £798, I have said for some time now ask PS how much is left, I wish I had this information as I would certainly post it. We will all find out soon enough. I still think that if they got their act together Millbrook has a great future. The problem is will they.
