serial ramping seems to be taking place.
revamped bb board to hide all the share holders views who have been holders for a long time with this company.
All new positive posts from certain newbies enticing others to buy in.
Pump and dump sounds about right.

Kritic i am certainly not alluding to being an insider.I see the results in a more positive light than yourself. i agree new orders will be required that need to be cash generative pretty quickly..what i am suggesting is that with the volume, which do seem to be x trades broker to broker ... something is brewing.. that is all.

I don't follow the point of the "new dawn" discussion. The accounts paint a bad picture particularly the overdraft and debt level. These must make cash flow a serious problem BUT they belong to the PS era and do not predict the future. It's unwise for PT to talk up the share price or suggest he is an insider and I will ignore him from now on. We're all in it for the money but this looks like a far too obvious ploy. The last months have seen more like 8 million shares traded the bulk of which was dealer to dealer - does anyone know what that means ?? BF is right ! getting rid of an executive chairman is good for any company and in tune with best PLC practice - it removes "control" dangers. I'm going to wait for the AGM before deciding if they're OK and not take another plunge only to find they're broke.

We can see why the price has now started to climb, over the last few days volume has been high compared to MBk,s past trading history. This bodes well for a further recovery of the stock.

Just 50 million shares in issue, positive results, orders in the pipeline, director buying this will ensure that millbrook starts moving back to its highs of 2005.

looks like Millbrook has turned the corner at last.

Added additional information to the header if any interested parties are wondering what nanotechnology is.

In my opinion Millbrook have turned the corner and are now heading in a profitable direction, i expect we will be getting some announcements through re New orders, current order book etc.

At present MBK has only 50 million shares in issue and a market cap of just 1.5 million. Today saw nearly 2% of their shares traded and rise of 40%. As volume starts to grow and we get more newsflow from the company the share price can move in a flash.

I expect us in the near future to be trading around or above MBKs previous highs of 12p.

None of this means they expect to or will make a profit this year.

Why have you quoted the loss before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation ?

To make it sound less negative or do you not understand accounts ?

Pricing strategy for the MiniSIMS ToF and
related products has been very successful, and these instruments have been
generating substantially higher order values.

Quidzinn and further to enlighten you..

MiniSIMS production at Blackburn proved to be the Group's Achilles heel. Late
receipt of certain components and an overstretched technical team - weakened by
the loss of a key engineer towards the year end - caused production targets to
be missed. I am pleased to say the necessary steps to strengthen the team
through recruitment have now been taken.

We regard these production setbacks to sales growth as strictly temporary, and
the future of the MiniSIMS remains bright. The introduction of the MiniSIMS ToF,
with its enhanced performance, has greatly extended the appeal of our range of
desk-top surface chemical analysers. In particular the data storage and
semiconductor sectors are becoming increasingly important, accounting for a high
proportion of current order intake. Pricing strategy for the MiniSIMS ToF and
related products has been very successful, and these instruments have been
generating substantially higher order values.

Quidzinn..Maybe you do not understand why they showed a loss. I will refresh your memory.

Loss for the year at the EBITDA level was #212,000 which compares with a loss of
#91,000 last year. This decline was predominantly the consequence of reduced
sales resulting from MiniSIMS production problems referred to above.

One doesn't need to buy shares in a company to post on a relevant BB.

This has spilled over from OVD.

O.K you don't need to buy mbk thats fair enough.
But why are you on this board then.

Have no problem with bearish points of view as long as they justify their reasons.

Oh so - you've driven or walked by it or worked for them or audited their accounts....?

I see you have no answer to the relevant points of my last post.

I have no need to make a few pounds from illiquid shares like these.
