Bought a few. Probably because of its tiny market cap, the fact that some tiny caps are going beserk, it's oil & gold potential or a combination of the above makes it intriguing. I've dithered for weeks. Anyway Let's see.

Only you and me possibly - not much happening at the moment.

I am holding for the long term as I believe there will be value adding acquisitions
or a reverse takeover at some point. Very low market cap with potential.
Also very intrigued by the two pi's holding around 15%. They must know something or have money to burn, non?

TR1 from Spencer'sDue to 15% dilution of shares the percentages have dropped but by the look of it he has increased his holding

Not interested in Oil at this moment, yet there are billions of cars worldwide running on the stuff, now is a good time to pick up some oil stocks or projects when everyone is looking the other way.

Yes I have been watching for some time mainly as I was interested in the Arizona gold angle but in the latest chat with the Company I found through proactive investors they didn't even mention it. Can't get excited about the oil, unfortunately as RDB holders will testify their share price has done nothing even though they have the largest onshore oil find since 1973. Previous metals and green are in, sadly no one seems interested in oil

They took on an Oil project with no money, there’s more to this company than first appears.

Yes I think it's good idea as a general rule but not because there's no other option because cash is so tight.

Harry.

There's also another rumour, that when EUA is sold or part sold.
What remains of EUA could back into MNRG for a main market listing. Possibly adding EUA's WK mine to their portfolio.

So basically they are so short of cash the directors are being paid in shares.

There is a rumour on another board that MNRG been offered a placing at 0.35p - if that is true im outta here for good.I know it difficult market to raise cash but that would be a kick in the teeth for holders and the last straw for many of us.

Looks interesting, but the balance sheet suggests they are running on fumes with little cash. Isn’t there a risk of a dilative placing to fund continued operations? Any thoughts?
