New tweet about SPV's

Oil and gold don't mix, it's like Clarks shoes selling cheese and onion pasties.

This is a very basic and fundamental business principle.

If they were an energy company then there would be a case for the uranium asset, but gold isn't an energy metal!

Agree it’s a possibility EUA can then be wound up, with STP into MNRG on the main markets holding four projects.

I think this will settle at about 75 awaiting the next deal.

I honestly believe Eurasia's STP will find its way here, and the gold nrg division will be spun off.

A lot of work still to do, and no cash at the moment to get this up and running.

Even the near term assets will need cash and time to develop.

Maybe Eurasia's Monchetundra mine will be sold and it'll keep the EUA London listing, and Eurasia's WK mine will RTO into MNRG and bring immediate cash flow to solve the problem, then CS will have a big chunk of MNRG and a fully formed growth business with plenty of cash flow to get LVG and STP up and running with GR development being the long term goal?

Looking at it from the other side.

Lake victoria are giving away 25% to gain 76% of all mnrg assets. In addition the get a fast tracked lse listing without spending £ 500,000.

This has been years in the making.

Maybe ex. The mug punters are required to allow a listing on the exchanges which in turn provides legal cover for a lot of transactions that would be investigated if performed by completely private companies.

Maybe supporting that theory, maybe debunking that theory, this acquisition has been in play for many years. As you say, a RTO, and we are actually getting 25% of LV

Wish I knew. Whilst there is a fair bit of information out there, the underlying strategy is not something we are privy to.

Large drop on very low volume IMO, be careful not to get dragged in by the bashing crew.

So, the company needs shareholder approval for increasing the share level.....what happens if this is voted down?
I presume a lot of shares have been sold that are not yet held by some; if the deal does not go ahead then there could be a major "short squeeze"....I am watching and waiting for further information on this acquisition as there is more to it than meets the eye IMO....GLA....DYOR

Here are the details of MNRG buying goldridge from Winston gold Corp for $219,000 completing in late 2018. They held it for just two years and decided to develop their Montana mine and sell GR for cash.

I've already seen the numbers on pillars and tailings, and there's nothing meaningful there, just a few tens of thousands of dollars, certainly not enough to fund exploration, tho they could have a good week in Las Vegas.

I get the "continuity" concept, but to prove that will cost several million dollars.

I say again, where is the cash coming from?

Am I reading that pdf wrong?

They say they have a JORK compliant resource of 292,000oz and hope to produce 10,000oz pa within 10 months, increasing to 100,000oz in five years.

It won't last very long then, unless they find a load more...

So, are they intending to quickly mine this out then shut the mine? The cash presumably to be used to cover debt, pay wages and tax, build a mining facility, buy excavators and trucks... And the profit(?) will go towards funding GR?

give me a break, I must be missing something.

some of these shinnanigans are more to do with managing corporate tax than building widgets. such is the nature of systemic extortion
