nothing ever actually gets DONE.. just, 'oh, look there's another toy .. let's go play with that one for a bit now'.

these so-called 'resource' companies just lurrvve raising funds, it seems to me.

$10m outlay to buy a mine and get it producing in 12 months. $570m worth of gold to be had with 90,000 oz in reserve and a plan to expand the resource with drilling. I think it looks good, but it would have been better to do this later in the year with a better share price imo. Ahh well, onwards and upwards.

I do hope those fools at proactive and sharetalk keep shut.

They have interviewed such cowboys in the past ( Andrea Cattaneo, CEO of Zenith Energy for one ) that I do not merit a word they say, and what they say is what we see and know anyway. They just repeat, like a parrot.

I'm sure mnrg will go places with the board and business plan they have.

I really don't want to hear from those bunch of parrots who just ramp any share that goes up !!!!

the management have repeated on several occasions that they will only go to market to place shares to acquire new assets, and they intend to only acquire cash generating projects that in effect pay for themselves, so the plan is to grow in a kind of organic way, so any talk of placings just for the sake of it is incorrect, however, i've heard heard it a hundred times before, so we can't ever absolutely rule out a placing, it is merely that the management say they won't.

Not the outcome I was expecting, but a blue day nether the less.
I think it might take a positive rns from GR to smash 1.4 ....

There are several fronts we are waiting on. Hopefully the share price can weather the storm ahead of an imminent rns.

Last placing was December last year, where the full 20% allowance of 59m was over subscribed.

The company recently said they would only place if a deal came along that required it. They didn't place shares for the recent deal.

At £4.9m mkt cap compared to Eurasia's £900m, this is cheap as chips and shows what potential there is.

Same chief geologist, same concept to prove connectivity.

It's not surprising.

The recent oil deal shows us how this management team can add value for shareholders, and bring cash flow to insulate us from dilution in the future, but the real gem is still gold ridge, and we should see movement there soon.
