07/8/2018 08:10 | By the way, if that is exactly what you did, I wouldn't criticise you as that is exactly what a seasoned trader should do, when the price action doesn't work out as planned. All I look for is genuine posts representing genuine positions, not fluff or lies and deception. | divmad
07/8/2018 08:07 | So let's get this right, Oilisgold. Last week you put in circa £100k into mtr, to be your ONLY investment on Aim, which must have been around 3p or higher to achieve, expecting 6p minimum (the PI is screwed, price). This week, after the surprise placing, you think the share price could fall to 2p if it breaks support. Given your investment class lesson on risk management, I presume you have taken your small % loss, selling yesterday at circa 2.85p, and won't be visiting here for a few months, as you wrote in an earlier piece. Right? | divmad
07/8/2018 08:04 | OiG Have you sold out by any chance LOL Assays inward bound fella, best get back in whilst you can. | grandmasterglitch
07/8/2018 07:58 | One of the biggest problem with investors these days is the " ROSE TINTED SPECS". No idea what is going on but still dreaming big. Never trust any CEO of an AIM company and its the biggest mistake one can make. Always remember the Golden rules of AIM trading: 1 ) Protect ya capital at all cost 2) Bank profits 3) Let winners run and cut losses short. Many are too deep or emotionally attached to care and then end up out of this game. | oilisgold
07/8/2018 07:53 | Sorry, but I fail to see why the "small guy" cannot participate in this ride up, alongside the insiders who are still piling in at the 2.8p - 3p level of the last few weeks. Haven't enough signals been given out for everyone? The news flow alone over the next few months will underpin the share price here, with the prospect of a district-scale mining area giving rise to a multi-bag opportunity, for EVERYONE. | divmad
07/8/2018 07:53 | My concern here is if we fall below the new resistance , I can see us back to 2-2.25p. Hopefully it be an opportunity for a top up for many, including those that are all in. | oilisgold
07/8/2018 07:48 | So more warrants for the board. Not surprised at all, as always the small fish here will be the last to find out after the deal has been done. Makes my blood boil. Its a repeat episode of MARL here. Still remember those days . | oilisgold
07/8/2018 07:43 | Look at AST now, warned the soo called experts there when I sold out on a high. Looks who is laughing now, its not them. My worry here is even 5p be now accepted by the board. And I will come back and just laugh at you. | oilisgold
07/8/2018 07:41 | eazymoney, some investors here are soo thick that It makes me laugh. Dreaming big and then crying like a baby when all goes wrong. ROSE TINTED SPECS on | oilisgold
07/8/2018 07:32 | Oilisgold You are a bell end of epic proportions, what a sad life you must lead. | eazymoney
07/8/2018 07:20 | RNS Directors take shares in placing. Good to see. | uknighted
07/8/2018 00:30 | Thought you’d gone off to save the poor pi on some other stock, oily. So it’s a min 6p return here or life changing sum if the Board and Sprott decide to 'let the baby run' eh, ok got it, so that’s how it works. I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for the running baby then, whatever it means. | paleje
06/8/2018 22:02 | I didnt know and no one knew about this placing. I only phoned him in the afternoon. | oilisgold
06/8/2018 22:01 | Its not about losses....those that sold today were mostly traders looking for a quick 10 to 30% on Assay news. Still a very good share and many big lads know it. Minimum return is 6p and thats my opinion on what i know and am hearing. But if Sprott and the board do decide to let this baby run then its life changing sums. Its only a bloody placing at 2.8p and i know a fund manager that was approached for this placing almost 2 weeks ago. So, all good and i fully expect it to trade around 3p. | oilisgold
06/8/2018 16:15 | IIP to get back your losses this week | cudmore
06/8/2018 15:59 | As per most aim placings... This will likely have a big bounce next 2 or 3 days imo. | babbler
06/8/2018 15:23 | On a positive note, 2.8p is not a bad entry for new investors. for how long it all depends on news flow. | oilisgold
06/8/2018 13:31 | Sprott operate on warrant positions. You need only listen to RR to understand this. Same with the uranium companies they've taken a stake in, and right across the commodity space. They're not foolish enough to leave cash in place in the early stages of the cycle | the deacon
06/8/2018 12:10 | They were, and still are, a big supporter of HUm over here. But that hasn't netted them a bag, even, yet. Sp still falling despite great fundamentals. | divmad
06/8/2018 12:01 | Trust me Sprott will get the baggers plus more...they always have. In majority of the AIM companies the big fish always get the biggest rewards. The question is for pi investors... | oilisgold
06/8/2018 11:46 | Sprott were given a very good deal by the TO company, it was the small investors that got shafted in MARL. Pattern will be the same here. We will see in few months who is right. 5p Warrants now and 6p before. These guys know how to make money at the expense of us. Panic selling this morning by a few and back to sub 3p. Sub 3p is where they want this. | oilisgold
06/8/2018 11:01 | OiG, no way will they buy this for 6p. Zero chance. I remember MARL very well as I got in at 1.2p which was following 2p placing, that was before consolidation. Sprott will be looking for baggers over their option price. They might get her cheap but not give-away prices. | grandmasterglitch
06/8/2018 10:58 | Look at those huge buys, millions and 3 million in one go. Something big will be happening here very soon. | grandmasterglitch
06/8/2018 10:37 | 4p would have been tested today but hey its a long game and I always said 1 year or 6p takeover bid, the later is getting more realistic now. | oilisgold |
