Yep, last few days I reckon to load up sub 3p. Next trading range will be sub 4p. But the major question is which mate is loading up or shall I say mates...lol

Just a tip and my take. Time to load up sub 3p is almost over.Something is coming towards MTR and small pi will be last to find out. Mates help mates . My job is to make sure small investors make decent money and then i will move on.

Think outside the box. How would a major get a bsck side entry into MOD? Now think how does a offer get approved by the board. MOD know this and hence trying to get the JV sorted ASAP due to this. Mates help mates and majority of these big institutional investors are mates.

I actually have been buying since i was tipped into this share and have a decent holding. I think a lot are misunderstanding my opinions. A major normally tries its luck with a minimum offer possibl and then its up to the shareholders of the other comoany to reject or accept thie offer. Say a offer comes in at 100% premium at a close price of 3p....will the board accept the offer. Think about it. I would perfer its rejected as this has potfntial of tier 1 in the making.

Dude, he holds as per history, what he’s saying is 6p nailed on. As we have directors with substantial holdings and other strategic investors we should get a much higher price.

In AIM things work abnormally to Normal markets. One can only go by past experience to predict the future.
Like I said, just watch this space and I am 90% confidence I am not far out from what’s happening in the background. It’s too obvious what is happening in the background and this is the time to pile in.
I am fully aware of how much this could be worth but the majors always try the luck with minimum offers. I know because I used to work for one of them

Harsh comment dreamtwister lol.....oilisgold is merely predicting one possible outcome.....there are many possible futures and a TO is right up there in the list of probabilities for MTR.

I concur, the chances of him being in receipt of price sensitive info is remote but one never knows....for sure.

I got a lot of emails over the past few days asking me various questions. The only reason I am stating my opinion is, small investors are always the last to find out and hence miss out on life changing sums.
The odds always appear inherently stacked against the small investors especially those that are classified as pi. Small investors buy on spikes and sell in a panic. Very few have the knowledge to succeed. The best equipped are the professional fund managers and those in the know and the least equipped are private investors, so many need a helping hand.
I am telling you all know, stay calm and hold on to these shares as if luck is with you, you will either walk away with life changing sums or if the CEO shafts you, still can walk away with 70-100% from the price at 3p. All the best and I hopefully will see many investors in sunny Dubai. The clever private investors are those that understand how this system works but still it’s a guess. All boxes are being ticked but the money to be made here will depend on the offer price MTR will get . Personally I hope the first offer is rejected and not accepted but my gut feeling is saying we won’t have a choice. Still 5-6p will be good for those that have invested now.

There’s been an RNS saying visible copper but have you heard the other drills are also hitting visible mineralisation?

Buy as many shares as possible around 2 to 3p and i reckon if luck is with MTR holders, a few will walk away with life changing sums. Worse case is a 5p take over offer at a premium to 3p. I hear the drilling is hitzing some visible copper from the other rigs.

All i am saying is the institutional investor involved was also there in Mariana Resources ....small investors got a very bad deal on the takeover offer there. I did warn everyone over there. A lot of background work is going on at MTR and i reckon very soon (within 6 months) MTR shareholders will be holding shares in another company. But my sources tell me this will play out in a different way asthere could be a bidding war.

A lowball takeout offer would be a downer if that’s what you’re saying Oily?. The potential upside here is huge and 30-50% profit isn’t what I’m looking for.

Very happy with this revised resource for a lot of reasons.

44% increase in contained copper and 46% of the revised resource is in the Indicated Mineral Resource category.

For Julian Hanna to say " the revised resource has far exceeded expectations" is very encouraging.

Hopefully the start of a lot of exciting news to come and a steady rise in the share price for all the patient long term investors.
