That’s around £18 million to MTR, more importantly increased our JV on all future drilling to 40%.

Cash issues moving forward fully resolved.

If MTR sell all 7 clone domes for similar amounts and increase MOD investment to 30% everyone will be happy surely? Cash plus same holding we originallay started with, plenty of cash.

We can then use that cash to purchase all of Kalahari Metals Limited.

Shrewd business indeed.

Only includes existing PFS project. So doesn't even include the A1,A4 domes etc. The deal looks fantastic for MTR.

No, but certainly wouldn't be buying now. This investment company will be valued at a fraction of NAV. They've just sold their prized possession. Sprott won't be interested in MTR at all, bow that MOD hold all the cards

Well I knew from my sources a deal was being done. You scratch my back and I will scratch yours. This is just the start, remember what I said last night, not many pi make life changing sums. Trust me on this one. Don't get tempted to sell on few pence increase. You lot be walking away with life changing sums. I will try to give out hints on the next big news, so small pi can top up again and not sell themselves short.

Very good news. This only relates to the T3 project. 18m shares plus another 40 odd million free options. That is worth about 20m gbp at current MOD share price But as MOD share price grows so does our investment.

Looks like a very good deal for mtr, I am guessing consolidating the jv on that project into a single entity gets it a lot closer to being financed or sold ...

Rookie, nothing to worry. Trust me been here many times before and the pattern gets repeated many times. Just remember in 6 months time ( if not before) you could walk away with a decent amount or if you have balls of steel life changing sums. Sub 3p....i will ask you the question in 6 months time if you sold out after a bagger or walked away with over 100k. Hold tight lad, these city lads are professionals and these marketmakers will do everything possible to give them the upper hand.

Yep don't think there's anything to worry about here. As previously mentioned the price could loiter around these levels for next 6 weeks or so. Get summer out of the way and things should pick up.

What Chart. Well normal market mechanics. A decline to 2.6p would be nice to load up to the max. Reckon there is still that big order under 3p to fill. You scratch my back and i will scratch yours. Small investors never learn, no wounder only 1 in 10 walks away with life changing sums.
