27/9/2018 19:33 | Not sure why the company think the approach could be from somebody else. It's plainly obvious that the message last night and the approach are from the same person. I've checked the website and there is around 18 mil shares in issue so 450k is not 5% but more like half of that 2.5% so possible there could not be a holding for it but I think one of the bigger holders has sold to a new buyer perhaps. Be interesting to see what happens tomorrow, this is so illiquid it could be all over the place on speculation so my gamble to buy the max online early doors of 37500 at 3.8p on that abysmal spread of 1.5-4p just might yield a nice profit, it might not, really hard to tell but I'm more positive than negative after that late rns | dave4545
27/9/2018 16:46 | Check out the rns here. Very curious indeed.... | madchatter2
27/9/2018 13:34 | Clearly somebody has not gone to a mm to buy 450,000, no mm will hold that size on their books it's around 5% of the company rough guess. So clearly somebody has approached a big holder and they have agreed to swap shares at 6p, so long as it's not the Allen's although why they would want to put a stop to any potential RTO which could make them a lot of money beats me ?? | dave4545
27/9/2018 13:29 | Cross trade Dave ? - | tomboyb
27/9/2018 13:12 | I'm more confident now after seeing 450k crossed at 6p :-)) Not a mm trade hence small amounts will still get inside the crazy spread | dave4545
27/9/2018 13:11 | 450k trade at 6p full ask - However there is a bit available online now in addition - | tomboyb
27/9/2018 12:55 | did I just see a 450k trade at 6p! - | tomboyb
27/9/2018 12:38 | I think it is worth a large number of us turning up at the Agm this year. Make a note Friday 12th October at 3pm in Bristol at the offices of Thrings. If anyone wants shareholders to consider alternatives for the company then they should put forward the case at the Agm then all shareholders have the oppportunity to understand what is being proposed. | davidosh
27/9/2018 12:06 | Just let this poor dog die Anything that would inevitably involve the previous shareholders would be a new disaster. | timesmoney
27/9/2018 11:24 | I would though be more confident of your prognosis if i'd heard of this action group before now. How many members does it have, when was it set up, who is the contact for joining and so on. Anyway i hope you're right Dave. Assuming all kosher, they ought to be happy to post their full contact details here, (were quick enough to tell us about the rto idea) before expecting others to do so. So, over to you action group member. | difference
27/9/2018 10:57 | Action group poster; Member since: 26 Sep 2018. Looks surprising way for any action group to behave to me, to it looks like 'advertise' a possible RTO with it sounds to me like a specific resource company in mind, on a bulletin board. And ask for email addresses etc. Shouldn't such a proposal be put to the board and RNS'd as 'possible approach', or similar, first? 'A industry' Mhmmm!! Brave comes to mind, Dave, good luck with your investment! | difference
27/9/2018 10:45 | This could rise quickly on news | letmepass
27/9/2018 09:54 | I threw a few quid at it but clearly it's illiquid as hell and possibly just one mm maybe two left in this one as spread never gets tight. The potential for a reverse takeover means wild swings in a tiny market cap | dave4545
27/9/2018 09:40 | Maybe just me, but something doesn't feel quite right! | difference
26/9/2018 21:57 | It might be worth waiting until all of the dust has settled on their various legal disputes, the company seems to have been beset by them recently. | arthur_lame_stocks
26/9/2018 21:51 | Good evening all MBL Group Shareholders. We are looking to form a register of interested shareholders who would be open to the progression of a reverse take over of a natural resource asset of scale onto this shell. Please send your details to; mblactiongroup@gmail At this stage we are simply looking to see what shareholder support we could potentially call upon to help the development of the project we are looking to put in place. The project we have is a substantial natural resource asset that would have a industry respected board leading the company. All emails and details will be held in strict confidence. Merely an indication of holding size and email details will suffice at this stage. | mbl_group_actiongroup
17/9/2018 07:31 | There appears to be an article about this company in today's FT. | arthur_lame_stocks

07/9/2018 11:44 | How about a post on the TMAN board Miami! | excell1
06/9/2018 12:32 | The delisting being resoundingly voted down, suggests that there may be a reverse takeover on the cards. This happened with another stock I owned a few years back, where they backtracked on delisting after multiple approaches from outsid3 entities. I ended up with the proposed special dividend and shares in the new company which added a further 10% to the value. However given the low mkt cap here, it should be significantly higher. | miamisteve
14/8/2018 17:12 | Fortunately I took what was left of my investment some time ago. | arthur_lame_stocks
14/8/2018 16:57 | Update released as I was typing that! So about £1.1m less wind-up/administrati One of the worst of many AIM sagas! | eezymunny |
