This looks very close to imploding. Who is the forner director who has set up a rival business that ruined the sale process? Guess it is TA. This would be totally against Company law. Am going to try and force the issue now. Will be writing and calling nomads, company etc. Fed up with this disgrace.

Wow- engineered destruction of shareholder value is my personal take on this- extraordinary shenanigans-you couldn't make this stuff up! Either Some peeps want to take this out on the cheap having seen value at last - or kill off any opportunistic moves at the expensive of PIs.....

Anyone still in this POS and care to share the KS shareholder letter? Would be interesting to hear from the other side. No sale process now as it seems the Allens have effectively blocked any other bids and set up a competing business.

They've got business's and cash,more than most Aim companies.

Businesses to be sold off, if i read it right, and one of the two has started the year on course, the other with drop in sales. Will probably take a while but looks like will just become a cash shell.

Then it's anyone's guess, delist? Cash returned to shareholders? Investment in another business?

PS: Not sure how much the Directors are paying themselves!

Not sure what to make of today's action.

Resolutions dropped then 400k gets crossed. I cannot recall from memory seeing
a bigger trade in MUBL or AMU in the old days.

So somebody wants them for a reason ?

The Directors intend to give shareholders an update on the progress of the Strategic Review along with an interim results presentation immediately after the conclusion of the adjourned General Meeting of the Company convened for 2pm on Tuesday 6 December 2016 as announced on 14 October 2016.
