I would like to know what the actual complaint is against the two directors ?

Are they not doing what Trevor wants ? If he is not a director does he still get the board minutes ? He should be in the same position as the rest of us especially as the shares are held by a Family Trust.

According to the last annual report the following have holdings above 3%

The Allan Family Trust 4,520,399 (26.13%)
Peter Cowgill (ex chm) 2,487,579 (14.38%)
T.L.Allan 1,467,662 (8.49%)
J.M.Allan 733,831 (4.24%)

Lisa Clarke has 250,000 shares andyesterday it was announced a new holder over 3%

Keith Staton 1,084,333 (6.26%)

I cannot see any other holdings announced so nearly 40% of the company is held by private investors or small institutional holders and maybe a handful of employees some of whom may be ex employees.

Any thoughts on who else holds. Do any here still have holdings ?

The balance sheet has £29M accumulated losses, so that provides a very valuable tax loss reserve for any new venture reversed into it.

This will go considerably higher.

I would expect some large crossings by anybody trying to get size to sway the vote.

Small punters do not see it. Virtually no trade since the Rns

That is an interesting RNS !! Allen wants to regain control of the company. To what end ? Does he want to asset strip the rest before he takes it under ?I will vote against unless someone has some good reasons.

Request to convene a general meeting

The Company has received a request under section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 from The Allan Family Trust ("the Petitioner"), which holds approximately 26% of the issued share capital of the Company, to convene a general meeting of the Company.

The Petitioner seeks the consideration of the following resolutions:

1. That David Anthony (Tony) Johnson be removed as a Director and Chairman of the Company;
2. That Christopher (Chris) William Jones be removed as a Director of the Company;
3. That any Directors appointed between 27 May 2016 and the date of the general meeting be removed as Directors of the Company;

4. That David Kenneth Grundy be appointed as a Director of the Company; and
5. That the remaining Directors, after the passing of the resolutions, appoint a Chairman and conduct a comprehensive strategic review of the Company, in the best interests of all shareholders.

A further announcement regarding the date of the proposed general meeting, and the Board's advice in relation to the proposed resolutions will be made in due course.

Market Cap (currently £2.5m) is not covered by cash. At the last half year they had £1.7M but were losing money. As there have been no RNSs about the company performance - end of year March 2016 I think we can assume cash will be further reduced.

Also there product set is not very exciting.

Their may be value in the case of corporate activity from a company in the same sector or these could just end up back where they started at 8p. And this could just be a spike.

Yes very interesting especially as they have cash covering the market cap almost.

I paid the premium 13.5p for 25k they offered 5k at 13p or 25k at 13.5p so took
the 25k.

Same sort of business that MUBL WAS in - still have a tiny bit I believe.

So I imagine he knows quite a bit about MUBL and it's directors, strategy etc.

And as MUBL has suddenly, unexpectedly and illogically brought in two high-powered NON execs with "restructuring skills" I reckon we could see some corporate action very soon.

Seems Mr Staton might think the same.

First of all you have a market cap almost covered by cash.

Bit like Cltv when it was sub 1.4p offer and Vis at sub 1.5p offer you can sense there is serious value here now

Wish I had spotted the Rns but the price has still not left the station.

And of course I love Mubl/Amu I made a killing from it several times over a 5 year spell so nothing but fond memories of this stock.
