28/9/2017 12:58 | Strange- MB you sound stressed mate. You sure you're having fun if you're checking on here and writing in that way!? Ha ha. I know if I was on holiday with my daughter I wouldn't be giving a toss about this share! | maceman
28/9/2017 12:47 | I wouldn't say there is negativity, just speculation about the future direction of the company. The current position is, they are not self sufficient, they cannot continue to develop the business out of profits because they lose money every month. They pay around $1.2m per quarter in interest charges which means they make a net loss but they have so far done nothing to refinance their loans. They need to raise more funds to continue trading or they will go bust. | beggarman
28/9/2017 12:28 | There is a lot of negativity on this board How about some positivity for a change Oil over $50 at the mo , so hopefully helping the bottom line I still have hope for this company, even though I am down about 2k | allend47
28/9/2017 11:26 | Carnegie to the rescue, they have bought 9,522 shares so far. | beggarman
28/9/2017 10:49 | up 5% at the moment......keep going my son. | doxford
28/9/2017 10:12 | They must be trying to sell up otherwise why not refinance and no new drills possible from financial viewpoint | rodneyfoster
28/9/2017 09:18 | They will not receive any new shares on the 20th, they are free to sell the shares they own. Rovelo and Eric Forss have been locked in for six months from the 20th April, on the 20th October they are free to sell their shares if they choose to do so. | beggarman
28/9/2017 08:56 | Not the options- the shares that they get on the 20th I mean. | maceman
28/9/2017 08:46 | 10sek would be .5p in old money. | beggarman
28/9/2017 08:45 | maceman - You've got me, I wasn't aware of any share options since the relisting in Sweden. | beggarman
28/9/2017 08:40 | ...but tell me how that works in relation to their impending share options though? Am I right is saying that 10sek equates to about .3p? That magical numbed that's always plagued us? | maceman
28/9/2017 08:39 | That's a very very interesting theory. You are thinking outside of the box Beggar. | maceman
28/9/2017 08:33 | How about this for a theory, when you sell a listed company the buyer has to offer the minority shareholders the highest price the share has traded at in the previous twelve months. In our case this was 10sek on the opening day and then the share price quickly dropped. Just suppose our buyer has agreed to purchase the Rovelo shareholding on the understanding they only pay 10sek per share or £16.2m for the rest of the company and Barskiy has to compensate them for any difference. That would explain why he gives an interview to damp down speculation. | beggarman
28/9/2017 07:51 | Perhaps that's what he wanted to do. They're a clever bunch and will get exactly what they want, as they planned it, when they want it. Is it really a coincidence the price begins to reverse after his interview? I don't think so. I haven't even watched the interview yet but I'm certain there will be a coded message within it. | maceman
27/9/2017 17:12 | Well he's put the share price into reverse! | beggarman
27/9/2017 17:07 | Question Why did he agree to interview .Think was advised to by our Matra departed friend Vlad as I know he reads posts here .If it was to reassure us didn't work | rodneyfoster
27/9/2017 12:06 | Yes of course | rodneyfoster
27/9/2017 11:16 | It's the end of the lock in period. | beggarman
27/9/2017 10:42 | MacemanWhat's happening Oct 20.Third quarter report due Nov 23 | rodneyfoster
27/9/2017 10:15 | Trading has dried up again, is this the usual pattern or has Barskiys interview killed it? | beggarman
27/9/2017 09:48 | We will see. We are coming close to knowing some truths and that will surely coincide with Oct 20. | maceman |
