18/3/2017 14:40 | You love me really Super !! | calmtrader
18/3/2017 14:05 | This is too ridiculous to be true . Oh Calm confirmed it did he so it's bound to be true as it's what you want to hear . Calm is full of garbage and if Vlad has done a runner , and assuming he really does talk to calm ,who I might remind you claims to have had 18m shares here before consolidation !!!! , he is hardly likely to tell him "I have left now having got as much as I could from this cash cow" Have you ever considered that Calm is a con artist - In your previous incarnation as a business man whom did yo work for? Mickey Mouse ? | supertedsmith
18/3/2017 13:47 | Super, calm confirmed he was still in the business a couple of weeks ago | budgetbond
18/3/2017 12:59 | budget - I made a post last weekend about the External Managing Director, I believe he was just used to form the company Matra Petroleum AB. He was probably paid a one off fee and I do not believe he has any further involvement with the company or else he would be on the web site under company directors. If they are planning a takeover/merger they will need a high share price, in the 20 to 30 sek range. Listing at 5sek won't do it. | beggarman
18/3/2017 11:24 | BudgetVlad is no longer officially involved -Where are you getting this nonsense from | supertedsmith
18/3/2017 10:17 | lewis, Matra in its current form is basically run by a CEO (Maxim) and Exec Director (Vlad who is the Operations Director) The new Matra has a Chairman, a CEO, an External Managing Director (based in Sweden) and a new Operations Director. Vlad - as the existing Operations Director - is still in the business. It looks really top heavy to me if Matra was just going to list in its current form. It raises the question why they would need an External Managing Director in Sweden (if they dont have a business to look after in Sweden) and why Vlad hasn't left the business. They dont need two Operations Directors (unless there are two companies to look after). The other point is the additional cost of expanding the management team. The packages of the additional members could easily add another $500k onto the payroll bill and I can't see them doing that unless they had plenty of free cash, which the Matra as we know it haven't had. | budgetbond
17/3/2017 21:30 | Budget. Why do you say the structure appears to suggest two companies? I'm keen to understand what you see that is not so obvious to me. Sure Vlad's disappeared and may well reappear, but the structure doesn't seem odd to me. | lewis_81
17/3/2017 19:36 | The management structure appears to suggest it's for two companies and not one and this has been put in place after an expensive field survey has been completed that's required for a merger. Plus it would be sufficient to attract a wealthy investor to make a significant investment and join as Chairman. That's my logic anyway, we'll find out in the next fortnight if I'm anywhere close to the truth. I agree maceman, interesting times ahead. | budgetbond
17/3/2017 19:14 | I see your logic budget, this is why I'm less pessimistic that I have been. Surely if they'd just want to milk it further then why list? The 500k investment, to me, suggests, a big quick return. logic would suggest that what you've said may come to fruition. It's going to be an interesting few weeks ahead. | maceman
17/3/2017 18:37 | Beaufort now consolidated | 4steve
17/3/2017 18:32 | budget - The market will decide if there is more to this company, the share price should be steady on listing if there is more corporate action to come. Whereas if its just a smash and grab to raise $5m working capital, the share price will tank. | beggarman
17/3/2017 18:24 | Its worth looking back at what's happened over the last nine months.... June 2016 New field reserve report was completed and issued showing a 10% increase in reserves. This is an essential requirement for any company considering a merger and the report only stays valid for 6 months. It cost Matra $400,0000 to have completed July - Sept 2016 Maxim spoke to Eric Forss and encouraged him to invest and come onto the Board of Directors. What convinced him to come on board and invest? October 2016 Eric Foss was formally added to the Board of Directors, became Chairman and invested $500k. Why did Matra need a Chairman when the business already had a CEO in situ (i.e. Max) November 2016 Matra announced its plans to list on the Swedish stock exchange January 2017 New website shows a very different management team and existing Operations Director is no longer showing as part of the team. However apparently he remains in the business. To do what? The business also has an External Managing Director based in Sweden. Why is this role necessary? March 2017 Share consolidation has now been completed and listing is imminent I've seen lots of management structures in my time and this feels top heavy just for Matra in its previous form. I'll leave you to decide whether you also think there will be more to the listing. | budgetbond
17/3/2017 18:13 | Hargreaves Lansdown consolidation now done too | budgetbond
