10/3/2017 20:16 | Maceman/Ned I really want to be wrong - But what will you qualify as satisfactory . Is it relisting enough irrespective of the price or do you have price in mind . For me the very very minimum would have to be equivalent of the delist price 1.03p. After consolidation ( divided by 1000) that is around 22SEK - £2. Can't see it happening . | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 19:33 | I have to say, I've always been pessimistic and supported Ted over the years. I still do support him but I actually feel a sense of optimism for once. The secrecy and lack of info, for once, might not be so bad. They've got a decent web site, we have a guy investing 500k. I now supoort Budget's views because, on the face of it, it seems to potentially be substantiated for once. Next two weeks are extremely pivotal | maceman
10/3/2017 17:49 | I thought the same about SuperT but to be honest when anyone has needed some help on a technical front he's been helpful, and I for one had a bit of a go at him at the beginning and changed my mind. SuperT's Matra and Ned's army. Come on Mayra blow us out of the window and every man and his dog will be sleighting SuperT and guess what he will be so Appy win win ;-) | nedhammers1
10/3/2017 17:25 | I can see responses to Ted, why is anyone bothering to communicate with him. He is a wind up merchant with a very serious face!!! Ted did not enjoy the AGM! | looneytune
10/3/2017 17:25 | Budget Let's see what happens . | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 16:44 | Budget Calm down Everything you spout is based on your interpretation .The facts say they have achieved nothing for us anyway .A question -Did the tattoos hurt ? | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 16:36 | Yes but all Swedish | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 16:28 | superted, you are such a complete bloody numbwit. Explain why there is any reason to be concerned? Apart from being a week late with the CDIs when they're going through a complex process to obtain a listing on a foreign stock exchange? Matra now has a new Chairman investing $500k, possibly a new External Managing Director (based on beggarmans post), an Ops Director who is still in the business but not on the Matra website.....does that sound like a new management team for Matra in its current guise achieving 900bopd? Get real. Wake up and look at the pieces of the jigsaw that you have in front of you and try and get 2+2 to equal 4. | budgetbond
10/3/2017 16:12 | Take a look at the following link: hxxp://www.merinfo.s | beggarman
10/3/2017 16:00 | It's not there. | beggarman
10/3/2017 15:55 | Cant see his name anywhere on official Matra site | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 15:16 | I've been looking at the Swedish websites on google to see if there is any more info out there. One of the sites gave a breakdown of the board and auditors as per our website but also included Jan Thomas Hellstrom. It could be that he is a non-exec but the translation has come out as External Managing Director. | beggarman
10/3/2017 14:51 | Beggarman Where do you see that . | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 14:41 | The is a new person in Matra Petroleum AB, Jan Thomas Hellstrom whose position is External Managing Director although he is not a board member. | beggarman
10/3/2017 12:55 | Budget 'You are not concerned ' What a surprise .We would all be concerned if you were anything but not concerned .Just admit it you have MB's name tattooed on your on your left buttock and Vlafs on your right and believe them to represent the second coming . What's more you are thinking of changing your name via deed poll to "I love Matra even if they con me out of everything " Two possible explanations You knocked your head on pavement during the no doubt extremely long and very painful buttock tattooing session .You have stopped taking your medication | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 11:28 | I would expect to hear something by the end of the month but I'm not concerned at all | budgetbond
10/3/2017 11:21 | O.K. if we don't hear anything in the next fortnight it doesn't look good! | beggarman
10/3/2017 11:14 | In the document issued on 13 January, it states that the dates are indicative only and are subject to change. As the CDIs were a week late, I wouldn't expect the listing to take place until early April now. | budgetbond
10/3/2017 11:07 | If they intend to relist by the end of March they need to submit an admission document by the 22nd of March. If there is no news next week, I agree that it doesn't look good. | beggarman
10/3/2017 11:01 | Barclays have written to them for clarification several times since relist announced back in November and they have yet to respond .Not a good sign | supertedsmith
10/3/2017 10:56 | doxford, I'd be happy with that | budgetbond
10/3/2017 10:52 | Who knows what they do or what they intend to do. They are more secretive than MI5. Nothing is transparent with this shower and they seem capable of shape shifting any time they want. Let's hope that they relist with a trading facility, and an share price of at LEAST 1.03p | doxford
10/3/2017 10:31 | ned, I was expecting an IPO document which we've not seen yet, either for Matra in its current state or the new Matra Group which could potentially include an acquisition. On the basis that we've not seen one, it leads me to assume that they must already have major institutional investors lined up which means they dont need to attract new investors - it's already been done. All IMHO as ever. | budgetbond
10/3/2017 10:13 | Whilst I'm not an expert on how these things work, surley if Matra were looking at some or one acquisition etc. They would be putting something out to put a bit of a positive spin on the company before imminent listing to attract potential investors? Or would that be breaking the market rules? It's so frustrating, the pendulum is swinging towards SuperT's camp but only a bit .... | nedhammers1 |
