has today arrived in hl a/c- why it's 6 days after eg II is a mystery, can't think of any reasonable excuse, suspect they're working from home/overwhelmed by admin, not impressed by their tardiness.

I wrote to HL yesterday to complain, the MMH cash was not in my account when I checked earlier but I have just received a message from HL apologising for the delay and saying the cash would be in my account by close of business today.

Upon re-checking my account the funds have now been credited to it, so if they are not in your account today c3479z then drop HL a line.

yet to have any money credited by HL, need the money for alternative investment...
not impressed with their slow service or delayed notification late last year that Marshalls was to be taken over, think their staff were mainly working from home at the time,#
wouldn't mind but they are a relatively pricey platform in some circumstances,
may be the money will appear this afternoon...

Yes HL a lot slower than II for crediting dividends as well as takeovers.

No MMH receipt in my HL account when I checked a few mins ago.

Thanks - 14 days is excellent, I was bogged down in dates for non acceptors. It's taken for ever but that's turned out well given market declines.
