24/1/2006 07:57 | Firstly how do come up with 100,000 oz ? Secondly "55 M$ is more than 20M GBP but costs and everything else should be discounted of course... therefore, 20 million at least" SO ..... £20m - costs = £20m !!!!!!! Have any idea of what extraction costs are ?(I bet you don't). Taking a mine into production would probably take 5 years. Markets normally price exploration stocks at Inferred stage (which we are not even at) as 5% of asset value , so based on your fictitious 100k oz MRL should be worth $2.8m. Stop talking rubbish we can all tell something is going on it doesn't take a genius when 30% of mkt cap has been traded in the last 10 days ! Just remind me at what price you bought this Victor ? | andyroden
23/1/2006 22:23 | answers, my estimation is that MONTE O. is around 100.000 ounces of gold to be digged up, that is 55.000.000 million dollars at current prices but possibly much more when gold reaches 800 or more in a few years... 55 M$ is more than 20M GBP but costs and everything else should be discounted of course... therefore, 20 million at least however if M.O. holds more gold this number would be much much higher (xtimes gold price) so... that could be worth a lot of pounds !! | victorfromportugal

23/1/2006 16:38 | Victor you still haven't answered how you come up with a valuation of up to £20m. At what stage do you expect £20m ? Based on soil samples ? Infrared resource ? At the end of a feasibility study ? OR are you just making it up ? Cheers ps For what its worth I think there be a take over soon. | andyroden

23/1/2006 08:47 | Victor - I afraid can't take you seriously after your not knowing what an RNS was. Sorry. Monte O could be worth a fortune - we all know this - but COULD is the word. The quantity of yellow stuff in the ground has not been confirmed, and also we are now in a situation where we MIGHT never get to reap the rewards re. permits/red tape etc. I personally believe it is a hugely commercially viable site - nothing which is worth a fortune is easily aquired, and besides the old Gold Mines of Sardinia data looked really interesting/promisin However, for the moment 'belief' is all it is......I cant get to '5-20M if sold' yet, and neither can you. regards. | mg78
23/1/2006 08:33 | So how have you come up with those figures ? | andyroden
23/1/2006 07:42 | as I said Monte O. concession could be worth between 5 and 20M GBP if sold... | victorfromportugal |
