RNS is both a regulatory and financial communications channel for companies to communicate with the professional investor.

Most news annoucements for stocks in the UK come via RNS.

And it looks like one for MRL is due soon.

ps I also hold GFM,CDN,AYM,CEY,VML,ORM,MKD (in order of volume held) in this sector all worth a look BUT as always do your own research etc etc.

Now trading at 16.5/17.0 cents (8.11/8.35 pence) on TSX

yes, I'm using more or less the same argument for continuing to hold, also the fact that TSX has a higher price than the UK obviously discourages selling here.

Has anyone investigated the possibly of transferring shares from UK to TSX and selling there, can it be done.

I make it about 13.5m Shares traded (mainly buys)over the last week this equates to approx 20% of Mkt cap, averaging around .12c or 5.8p.

Operating cost are around £200k per quarter, so Net asset at the end of Q4 = approx £6.1m.

So NAV Currently = 7.5p or 6.6p fully diluted, NAV declines by 0.2p per quarter on Op costs.

We are approx 20% under valued discounting any news (which seems likely given the last weeks trading pattern).

HOWEVER all figures above are unaudited.

we all know that, the difference is that I only said it once a few days ago whereas you state it continuously regardless of circumstances
