17/11/2005 18:25 | Nope - sorry guys, but I dont think NAV per share can be that high... At the start of JUNE this year I spoke with Medoro regarding cash value per share and was told, I quote: "With regards to your comment about trading below cash value, I refer you to our first quarter results where we show cash of C$2.6 million plus C$3.9 million to be received as a result of the financing subsequent to the end of the quarter. Dividing this by the approximately 125 million shares outstanding, post-financing, gives cash of $0.05 or 2.4p per share. If you include the full collection of the Sargold receivable over the next four years, these numbers would effectively double." Ends. And now with the 1)Pasterena write-off (5M C$??), and 2) continuing cash-burn - these will have their impact too. Despite the refusal of drilling permits at Monte Ollasteddu, it IS still worth somthing. Anyway, I feel we are being led down the garden path regarding M.O. and the authorities in Sardinia. Conspiracy theorists could have a field day on this one....BGC,MRL,Gold Fields....all interested in a plot of potentially lucrative land - 'too many cRooks spoil the broth' in my opinion. I remember a talk given by Gold Fields which I listened to on their website...they mentioned M.O. and I remember how optimistic and excited they were over this prospect - how it could have potential to be something very significant indeed......funny how things change. Maybe it's just too big...too important....too good to let us have a go at drilling. Anyway, I think the main thing all MRL shareholders now want to know is...1)How are the management honestly viewing the future of the business, 2)How hard are they actually working to turn this around, or, have they more or less given up on the whole thing in the favour of other ideas (ie Bolivar etc). 3)Is this going to slip into the ground in the manner it has been or will it ever show some kind of a fight before finally dying? Oh...and 4) When are they leaving exactly? I have a feeling these interims are going to be poor...unless there is positive news of a new direction....but I doubt it. Remember, they have done N-o-t-h-i-n-g positive for the business so far (paid themselves a mint mind you)...so why should they start now? Everything said in my own personal opinion. | mg78
17/11/2005 14:10 | Around 10p I think being very conservative... but the share price could collapse with the millions of write off expected for Pasterana... | victorfromportugal
17/11/2005 13:37 | Interesting equation: Approx 124M shares, 6.5MCAD,is 19cents/sh or approx. 8.6p. Add to that an AIM listing, worth 0.5M£ and a TSX listing. I think they will give Pesterana back. MO not permitted so not worth a cent. So, it should be at least 8-10p!! | blueskye2
17/11/2005 12:48 | I might be wrong, but I dont think its worth 6p a share anymore made1686. Does anyone know an ACCURATE NAV per share for MRL? (Taking into account cash burn, Pasterena...potentia | mg78

10/11/2005 12:57 | wasn't very helpful was he? Forget about Pesterana, its a dog, no one wants it. One just hopes they come up with a project soon. | blueskye2
10/11/2005 12:37 | COPY OF EMAIL AUGUST 2005 Dear Victor; We will be providing an update of activities as part of our second quarter report which will be issued later this month. With regards to the private placement, it was sold exclusively to institutional investors in London. Following this placement, there are approximately 124.7 million shares issued and outstanding. As for a shareholder listing, I would suggest that you contact our transfer agent(s), (contact information attached) to see what is involved to obtain a shareholder listing. Regards, Rober Doyle -----Original Message----- Sent: Sunday, August 07, 2005 6:44 AM To: Robert Doyle Cc: Peter Volk Subject: Medoro/ URGENT Dear Sir, Following the meeting I could not attend this year, i would like to know what is the status on the Pestarena project? It seems that we will lose the concession within 6 months and therefore have no way of recouping our investment and costs from 2 years ago. Even if a join partnership was found before the 2 years agreed with the sellers, what is the likelihood of having the investment made for drilling for the amount set in the contract? Regarding the private palcement of 30 million shares that greatly diluted at a huge discount the initial shareholders, who are the new investors? What is the number of shares currently issued by Medoro following this private placement? Also, is there still no plan to come to London to talk to the press or the shareholders? As I mentioned to Peter Volk in May, we are a certain number of shareholders that represent a large number of shares. We are really concerned by the lack of strategy and perspectives of the company and communication. I would like to request a copy of the last shareholder list of the company as to contact fellow shareholders which my wish to be represented at the next AGM where I intend to go. How can this be done. Please, rest assured in my increasing interest in Medoro resources as an investor of former Gold mines of Sardinia. Thank you in advance for your prompt response. A very concerned shareholder. Victor XXX | victorfromportugal
10/11/2005 09:15 | Some new acquisition must be imminent, were 4.5 M traded a few days ago. Victor, maybe they may tell you something? | blueskye2
09/11/2005 23:23 | the order book is very empty on the sell side, we could go 0.12 CAD easily my theroy is GF wants to sell its 13% or Bolivar wants to sell Medoro or buy it (to put it to rest ...MO for later...much later without to spend time and money in europe) or wind out the company after selling MO ... to sargold? in any case the current price is undervalued by 50% on cash assets and receivables only... therefore something could happen... still wondering if I should wait end of nov to act... already chasing the registrar of medoro though, for the list of shareholders... | victorfromportugal
09/11/2005 17:28 | some thinks going on here in can 25%%%%%%%%%%5 in can take over bid by bolivingold i hear it all stinks of fish | made1686

09/11/2005 08:38 | I think the figures will include the $5M write off for Pestarena and rehash the Gold Fields pull out. Maybe better to contact sooner? Relying on you... | blueskye2
08/11/2005 21:24 | I am. finalising things. also wondering if we wait or not for 30th of november Q3 figures ... what do you think? | victorfromportugal
08/11/2005 21:14 | Victor, are you making contact? | blueskye2
08/11/2005 15:34 | Victor, weren't you going to contact Peter Volk, maybe Serafino Iacono would be more appropiate, he's in charge. | blueskye2
08/11/2005 15:33 | Victor, weren't you going to contact Peter Volk, maybe Serafino Iacono would be more appropiate, he's in charge. | blueskye2
08/11/2005 15:08 | It is clear that the Board of Medoro is a fault and should go, they cannot have 2 businesses to run like this... | victorfromportugal |
