that’s the $64k question - at the moment it’s (hopefully educated) guess work.

whatever it is exactly, at less than £2m mkt cap and with no debt plus double the cap in NAV, it carries the potential to be transformative, as alluded to in the last RNS.

This BOD has some real talent now in LJ & CK interesting days ahead. MACs business plan may well become very exciting in the next months

Good article Bumpa - that's a fair shopping list of acquisitions by Stubben Edge and mainly in 2022. Looks like there are some real spin offs for both Stubben Edge & MAC

Baz, I think we’re right place right time, a few false starts with various HNWi’s but an asset backed clean listed company in the financial advice sector seems to be en-vogue at the moment.

That’s the crux, it was already cheap on a discounted NAV. But now there is a new and additional element to the investment case - as yet unclear to the mkt, but the clues are there…

It is always good taking profit but at 1.8m mkt cap and assets to back it nill debt and a decent investor base 2p is pretty cheap.

Main part of recent news was Patricks statement -

We are delighted Chris is investing at a premium to our share price, having reviewed the value of our investment portfolio as well as joining our board. Following his success at Stubben Edge he brings a number of new and innovative ideas from digitalisation of Marechale’s activities, to ramping up revenues through strategic partnerships which could significantly enhance future shareholder value.

2 other of news that could pop up and add value Burgh Island & Weardale Lithium:

Burgh Island
Nearly 5% MAC possible value if sold for 15m £750,000
Burgh Island put up for sale offers over 15m.

Weardale Lithium 8.5%
MAC 500000 Shares value last raise 2,750,000
MAC options 22422 £3 and 2290 £5.50
On 31 Aug 2021 the company raised £2,302,848 at £3 per share.
On 15 July 2022 the company raised £674,845 at £5.50 per share.
On ? raised - what next

Stubben Edge Group Launches Capital Arm, Stubben Edge
Chris K launches Capital arm 2 weeks prior to taking stake in MAC who could help digitalisation of Marechale’s activities, to ramping up revenues through strategic partnerships which could significantly enhance future shareholder value.

Let me know and I can send some notes.

Dot come boom was nuts, only problem was you could not get through on the phone to trade.

Before internet trading I tried for 2 hours every few seconds to get through to TDW to buy Rodime at 1.5p engaged none stop because of their greed and taking on unlimited clients chasing the dream. It never moved for 2 hours, by the afternoon it was 8p bid and next day it was 13p and 2 months later it was 45p crazy times so many stocks were doing exactly the same

Ha, yes - I forgot that bit about Infobank, changed its name by then too I think. What a bloody wild time that was. There was certainly some irony that the last big IPO to get away before it all came crashing down was - Lastminute.com 🤦‍a94;️

Market felt like a dead duck until about 2003…
