10/7/2023 14:18 | Also article in this month's Country Life magazine about the potential sale of Burgh Island for 15 million of which we own 5% can not do any harm and I am sure Luke Johnson is a significant shareholder for a reason | oliversydney
10/7/2023 12:20 | With NAV 3.6p I don’t think the spread means too much yet. Looks like that 300k has taken up any slack if there was any. | still waiting
10/7/2023 12:11 | Damned spread . I don't think I have ever seen such a wide spread on any share . 1.55 to sell 1.9 to buy . Absolutely stinks . Very frustrating for holders and discourages new buyers as they need 25% lift even to trade it | 1savvyinvestor
10/7/2023 12:05 | Ideally , a new vehicle could use MAC and Weardale could be the icing on top.. | still waiting

30/6/2023 07:56 | Nice PR piece on Cornish Lithium last night on BBC's 10 o,clock news. Looks like they're ramping up their PR to try help them secure their imminent funding requirements. | coley15
29/6/2023 12:43 | Insane spread again killing rise . 1.62 to sell 1.92 to buy £5k either way | 1savvyinvestor
29/6/2023 08:52 | Kaos - would agree apart from Weardale not running fast enough, they and watercycle technologies have developed a very economical way of extracting lithium from brine. Some of the big USA miners are only just looking at alternative ways to heavy lifting mining.Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) is very innovative and both the backing of Stubben Edge & a USA market could prove transformative for MAC and its investment I'm fully loaded here | gepetto100
29/6/2023 08:25 | yes ... stubben can provide mac with deals and with finances .... connections basically mac team must be highly respected in the inner circles .... attracting stars who pay a premium ... which they are probably not really used to i stay fully invested despite not valuing their portofoglio very much ... nothing much going on there ... stagnating or even decreasing /f2f should do it by now f.e. - should they do a partial write off ..../. lithium is a race .... and whardale is not running fast enough... when all the world capacity comes online and possibly there is a change in tech .... hotel selling - is different - it is great | kaos3
29/6/2023 08:21 | Weardale Lithium will need financial backing this is it | gepetto100
29/6/2023 08:19 | This gives MAC some real options - just launched capital arm in USA just over two weeks ago https://www.insuranc | gepetto100
29/6/2023 08:04 | close to a long term down trend break out popping through 1 week 200 mda .... to the up looks good ... just give us a little bit more | kaos3
29/6/2023 07:59 | Hopefully next update will let us know more about the plan. | imjustdandy
29/6/2023 07:58 | Chris gets his shares tomorrow so TR1 and 5 holders now holding 50% of the company up from 40%. | imjustdandy
29/6/2023 07:04 | Clearly some plan in motion.. His own venture (CK’s) last had a value of £170m+ and huge growth and bn’s AUM, Nigel Wray also invested there. CK highly thought of. David Poutney, Chief Executive of Dowgate Capital, commented: “We were delighted to participate in Stubben Edge’s fundraise once again. The company’s phenomenal growth in 2022, in the current difficult economic climate, showcases that Stubben Edge has an enormous growth potential. We believe that Lloyd’s and the insurance industry generally are ripe for disruption and reform and that Chris Kenning and the team at Stubben Edge are well-positioned with their strategy and products to take full advantage of the opportunity in 2023. We’re excited to see them execute on their ambitious plans and look forward to continuing to work with them on their journey.” | still waiting
28/6/2023 17:03 | something is afoot .... was said when luke bought too i ll just sit tight and have no additional expectations -------------------- but entrepeneurs are dynamic ... they did not buy for the NAV discount - eg - liquidation so why did they buy ... -------------------- and what still bothers me is - big and good existing projects in mining, oil can not get financing..... also the retail and industry has to pay down existing debts. MAC will have it difficult providing fresh capital to its customers. -------------------- where I can see MAC action is mergers and aquisitions, lots of brain and paperwork needed but not much financing. | kaos3
28/6/2023 16:45 | Could he be lining up something for this knowing Weardale could be the icing on the cake as well.. | still waiting |
