Perhaps there is a stand-off? I can't believe that the U's are so overworked they can't find the time to approve a JV that creates lots of jobs and increases GDP. More likely there is a sticking point: how much of the project we are expected to give up to facilitate better Uzbek-Korean relations? First it was to be a 100% concession, then it was to be a JV with a similar NPV, and now it is nothing?

Still holding and will add when I can. Great price, at present. OXS knows the value of MKD even if the market is ignoring it.

I am still holding too. Thanks. The negotiations take for ever, and at this rate there won't be anything to say in the annual report (unless they don't care e.g. we will have been bought out by then making it unecessary to produce one). The warrant expiry date must be rapidly approaching too.
