It would save money but dilute the shares. How many new shares would it take to buy out the loan?

The main players are still earning 5 to 5.4% on loans. This is an exceptional return presently. Perhaps if shareholders could be asked to raise funds at 6 to 7p at present share price to pay off these loans then we could all share this bounty which has gone on far too long now. It remains Us and Them.

They simply need to promote this company better.
We have stood by for years and enough is enough its time for action.

With market cap at 8 million and a net worth of over 19p a share the directors need to deliver on their promise to improve shareholder return.

We have a share price of just 1/3rd of asset value.

I still think a dividend would be a start

Yep, I went to the AGM, Denham was chair as UK directors unable to travel. I ask Denham about the proposed dividend (in what ever form) and he finally agreed this would be resolved prior to this year's year end, this should be in the minuet's of the meeting.

I am reasonably sure that this will now be processed prior to the Y.E ,

I am sure he will as things are pretty good I am hearing.

The dividend issue ( it was discussed at the agm ?? anyone go ) could be the catalyst.

Last night's free Evil offering

Manx Financial (LON:MFX) gave a positive interim update last week and, on the face of it, is cheap at 9p. The problem is that nobody knows what the bad debts generated by Covid will prove to be. So I did not buy more. I may regret this.

Well despite promises I bought again. Got some at 7.3 on way down. It did go lower although higher now and continually hard to read. Maybe I'm hooked. From all readings just seems cheap, just wish we were given some guidance from above.

The company have done well with the results & building up reserves. But the outlook is far from certain especially if theres a move to negative rates.

Has provided an excellent explanation of events and once through this dreaded Covid-19 situation there is good reason in these results to be optimistic.
