29/9/2020 17:49 | It would save money but dilute the shares. How many new shares would it take to buy out the loan? | gears
29/9/2020 17:13 | The main players are still earning 5 to 5.4% on loans. This is an exceptional return presently. Perhaps if shareholders could be asked to raise funds at 6 to 7p at present share price to pay off these loans then we could all share this bounty which has gone on far too long now. It remains Us and Them. | mikeep
29/9/2020 16:18 | They simply need to promote this company better. We have stood by for years and enough is enough its time for action. tiger | castleford tiger
29/9/2020 14:50 | Totally agree, Tiger. | spangle93
29/9/2020 14:40 | With market cap at 8 million and a net worth of over 19p a share the directors need to deliver on their promise to improve shareholder return. We have a share price of just 1/3rd of asset value. I still think a dividend would be a start tiger | castleford tiger
11/9/2020 11:03 | Manx Financial (MFX) mentioned in this interview with Castleford Tiger. Video: Podcast: | tomps2
03/9/2020 22:36 | That backs up what I heard about pressure at the meeting. Some have been pestering JM for many months. I am told action is happening. Well done and stick around we need an IOM view Cheers tiger | castleford tiger
03/9/2020 08:56 | Yep, I went to the AGM, Denham was chair as UK directors unable to travel. I ask Denham about the proposed dividend (in what ever form) and he finally agreed this would be resolved prior to this year's year end, this should be in the minuet's of the meeting. I am reasonably sure that this will now be processed prior to the Y.E , DPPMANX | davidonchanman
02/9/2020 17:19 | I am sure he will as things are pretty good I am hearing. The dividend issue ( it was discussed at the agm ?? anyone go ) could be the catalyst. tiger | castleford tiger
02/9/2020 08:52 | Last night's free Evil offering Manx Financial (LON:MFX) gave a positive interim update last week and, on the face of it, is cheap at 9p. The problem is that nobody knows what the bad debts generated by Covid will prove to be. So I did not buy more. I may regret this. | spangle93
28/8/2020 09:54 | Yes before year end expect news. Directors supporting this will help. Letters to our non exc directors. Nav far more than double share price means it’s got to re rate at some point. Let’s start with 15/20 p Try buying a chunk . They are not there Tiger | castleford tiger
28/8/2020 07:37 | TIGER-Looks like news on a dividend plan soon. | balcony
27/8/2020 09:36 | It’s very cheap but I still think a dividend may get this Re rated | castleford tiger
26/8/2020 19:33 | Well despite promises I bought again. Got some at 7.3 on way down. It did go lower although higher now and continually hard to read. Maybe I'm hooked. From all readings just seems cheap, just wish we were given some guidance from above. | mikeep
18/8/2020 23:15 | And could be off life support soon? | castleford tiger
12/8/2020 09:42 | She has a pulse!! | castleford tiger
09/8/2020 11:40 | Interesting business this - could be worth a small investment. | scepticalinvestor
20/7/2020 12:30 | of course much will depend on results. pretty sure first half will be in profit but current half?? tiger | castleford tiger
17/7/2020 10:00 | Tiger I think you may be right.. | manxdpp1
16/7/2020 22:27 | Looks like dividend is back on if only via a scrip issue Tiger | castleford tiger
30/6/2020 12:41 | The company have done well with the results & building up reserves. But the outlook is far from certain especially if theres a move to negative rates. | gears
30/6/2020 12:36 | Wiseacre Can you explain please Tiger | castleford tiger
30/6/2020 11:52 | Because the company carries a lot of baggage from distant times, the result of Arron Banks's involvement ( He was once CEO can you believe it?) | wiseacre
30/6/2020 11:04 | So, why do they remain relentlessly cheap? | spangle93
30/6/2020 11:03 | Has provided an excellent explanation of events and once through this dreaded Covid-19 situation there is good reason in these results to be optimistic. | lookagain |
