30/6/2020 10:44 | Gentlemen, These are surely excellent results. There is the absence of a dividend and this will disappoint. But MFX needs retained reserves to allow it to make loans and, clearly, management are confident that they are making good loans. The shares are ridiculously cheap. SC/EK | live ink
30/6/2020 08:44 | An RNS today to tell us what we knew on 4 June. No news of Results. Shocking drop in share price Concert Party hold in excess of 30% and shareholders seem in the dark. | mikeep
26/6/2020 14:52 | I have phoned HO 3 times over the past 6/weeks to ask when the results could be expected. The first answer, From a director, was “hopefully next week” The last two answers were “We will get back to you” but nobody did. | kristoff097
26/6/2020 12:01 | Why the sudden drop ? | gears
22/6/2020 14:36 | Auditors be holding this on wording re current year? Company just got rid of loads of shares and Banks. Question is where are these shares that keep being added coming from ? | castleford tiger
22/6/2020 11:45 | How long before the shareholders get the results? | gears
22/6/2020 10:27 | MBO, cannot say never but we have just voted to allow Jm & co to go above 30% without putting an offer in for rest of shares. Theres an implicit trust that they will not take advantage of such a vote. | m1keg
22/6/2020 09:12 | Tried buying 250 k last week Impossible 20 p and will just happen in a blink of and eye | castleford tiger
22/6/2020 00:19 | MBO Anyone? | manxdpp1
19/6/2020 14:37 | All very mysterious. Year end results should be very good but situation regarding current lending must be dire, however well secured. Meanwhile the Liechtenstein entity keeps upping its stake. Why one must ask is the company going down to the wire on its reporting? | wiseacre
10/6/2020 22:21 | Less than £10000 traded in 6 transactions so far this month, including a stonker of 51 shares. I'd watch paint dry, but I can't get to a DIY in Scotland Phase 1 | spangle93
10/6/2020 11:55 | Morning CT, just read on DTG about your coming op.. All the very best with that. First come across you 10+ years ago, I had Jet2 shares as I then called them. Bought at 70p on the strength of several excellent family holidays; mainly Portugal. Anyway, sold out £5ish (daft I know) but had had a good run and spent the cash. So here's to recovery for you and your portfolio. | mikeep
06/6/2020 10:16 | Thanks CT. Appreciate the numbers rational. Agree last line and although CV19 might cause admin issues hopefully not necessarily trading issues and new norm might offer possibilities for mfx. Not sure about bad debts in this climate for company but new investor is keen probably having spent towards £2m. | mikeep
05/6/2020 17:45 | ROCK NOMINEES which I think was banks still held 3.47% so they may have bought them? It leaves a further 800,000 shares to be found from the market. Banks / Rock have not disclosed a sale...?? Mikeep Not sure the new guy has any link to the company. This looked like banks selling. As we know the company bought a fair chunk and put in treasury so that reduced to 114m shares in issue. They bought banks out at just under 10p and about 12.6% I am guessing delay will be financial and CV19 related. A company I am on the board of are having difficulties. The share price is still crazy low. It would be cheap at double. Tiger | castleford tiger
04/6/2020 12:06 | Difficult to know the state of play. Notice another director joined the Conister board on the bank website news. | gears
04/6/2020 11:29 | Still no accounts but the new investor ups his share to 14.93%. Some of the increase is down to the reduction in shares but still a sizeable new investment £300k+ in last two months. I didnt think that many shares (4m) had gone through. Not sure what to make of either no accounts released or updates unless delayed to allow new guy to keep buying at these mega cheap prices...... | mikeep
03/5/2020 21:05 | Much later this year. Perhaps CV, but either way a reason to use. The F/Y figures will have been well known at mid-March when share changes took place. What will be new since then is the forward projection given everyone was caught short in March and anyone who says otherwise is lying to themselves. The 14% or so drop in shares was welcome to existing shareholders and only current upheaval keeps share price low, 7.25 v 9.5p at JM valuation in March. | mikeep
29/4/2020 19:58 | Results coming? | castleford tiger
20/3/2020 15:47 | both buys both mine | castleford tiger
20/3/2020 15:39 | This RNS looks positive. Probably advent of new SH at 9.9% brought this move by JM (and mates) about and brings him greater % of mfx. Hopefully after the end of the current dreadful situation the share price can move up. | mikeep
20/3/2020 15:34 | great news | castleford tiger
19/3/2020 20:42 | When are results? | eentweedrie
19/3/2020 20:31 | Results coming | castleford tiger
11/3/2020 08:06 | I see the S/H from St Vincent has increased holding from 9.49 to 9.99%. Only £65k at this share price but an investment of £1.3m for the total. Also now Lichtenstein address. Not sure if Europe address has any significance for banking ownership. | mikeep |
