Good to hear that, thanks CT. My only conern is that after 8 years I'm now under water agian here following the share price drop this last 6 months. I'm not selling but the continued upwards performance by MFX does not translate into share price for the shareholders. I can't help but think JM & AB are happy with this and have their own agenda which could thwart any real gains we may expect. No real oversight from non-executives and its become a folly/piggybank for them.

Another thought is Brexit. The regular large lenders (banks) shares have been going down. MFX are in the same line of business and what would be the effect of rising interest rates on bank profitability?

Are rate rises good or bad for profitability? Can they increase their margins with rate rises?

A strange reality about shares is that they are only worth what someone will pay to buy from a market maker on a particular trading day.

Sometimes junk companies and even frauds are valued highly simply on hope of spectacular things to come and sometimes companies with strong earnings not wanted (usually the market foreseeing earnings falls ahead).

MFX are very profitable at the moment and as long as that doesn't suffer than either a sustainable and growing dividend payment will bring back interest or a takeover from a bigger financial organization as a bolt on acquisition with a view to getting rid of duplicate directors and their associated costs.other cost saving synergies.

Just rumours of either would help, though the expectation not playing out would bring the share price back down again.

What else is there to get a return from listed companies?

Looks like he wants to sell his stake. Not sure what to make of it. Will be interesting to see that if successfully sold, for how much and to whom?

Nick the above could be fake news. He may not be controlling this situation.

agree a change would be good

I would like an investor that might be able to influence/push MFX forward a bit more dramatically. Having said that, how do you sell such a huge stake when this stock hardly trades at all most days.

Why would he be selling any MFX shares anyway?

All I've seen is a spat over where funds came from for the Leave EU campaign. I hope the events are not related.

I missed press what did they say?

Notice AB has been under the cosh for a few weeks re Brexit funding.

Short term weakness i guess but if he sells and spreads them around maybe long term it will help.
I am still a buyer especially at these daft prices.

I do think the capital base will have to be increased due to regulators demands.
However I don't fully understand how that works or what is deemed as Capital.

Bit surprised that price never moved as this looks far to cheap but as you say its MFX and I am not sure how shareholders are going to be rewarded for years of waiting.

I thought they were excellent. Could see no faults and look like moving in a great direction.

All taking too long when measured against expectations and Chairmans positive tone for 5+ years but I guess they are all the same in putting positive spin on things.

This time next year we will not have a negative retained earnings and a dividend finally becomes a possibility. Though this is MFX, might take two years after that before it arrives...

Did notice the story of non dilutive capital raise was a no show in the report just 6 months after it was one of the headliners..

Missed this at the time and still have not followed it up in detail but I think? it makes our VAT recoup revenue more secure.

This could just be a marketing option prior to the AGM, look what we have done!!
Or it could be that they now have potential clients lined up to utilise this service, your guess would be a good as mine, see what they say at the AGM on Thursday.

Does anyone know if MFX board has used the agreed option to buy / sell shares on behalf of the company ? f so, do we know why they have used this option?

Thanks
