Appointment of Non-Executive Directors
Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Beveridge and Angus McCaffery to the board of Maintel, with immediate effect.
Bob Beveridge has been appointed an independent non-executive director of the Company and will chair the Company's Audit and Risk Committee. Bob has considerable experience as a financial and strategic leader of blue-chip companies, including Cable and Wireless Communications plc and Marlborough Stirling plc. He is currently a non-executive director of Inspiration Healthcare Group plc and chair of Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership Limited.
Angus McCaffery has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company and will join the Company's Nomination Committee. Angus co-founded Maintel and was previously an executive director of the Company until December 2020.
Commenting on the appointments, Dan Davies, Interim Chief Executive Officer said

Maintel serves the whole market, with a particular focus on key verticals of Financial Services, Retail, Public Healthcare, Local Government, Higher Education, Social Housing and Utilities. Its core market constitutes organisations with between 250 and 10,000 employees in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors with headquarters in the UK.
The Company was founded in 1991 and it listed on London's AIM market in 2004 (AIM: MAI).
