GuyDanes.

Thanx for your info.

It looks like my trade got the MMs in a scramble.

I too think it looks dirt cheap with the prospects out there.

DYOR Ofcourse.

Lucky.

I'll be at the EGM next week, and will no doubt report in detail on my return ( EasyJet permitting of course! ).

Reading the EGM documentation, we can expect annual results to be released before the EGM. More importantly, there should be details of the forthcoming AGM. I'll be surprised if they don't take the opportunity at the AGM to tag on some special resolutions regarding fundraising. I don'y know if you saw my other posting, but I understand they wanted to get the EGM through asap, presumably to keep the momentum going. There was simply not sufficient time to include funding issues. But I expect this to be an issue addressed sooner rather than later.

Bronfman is not yet a director. But since they included him in a previous RNS, I am confident it's just a (short) matter of time.

The recent drop is damned frustrating ( well it is for me as I paid over 0.30p for mine ), but I don't think for one minute it will not pay off in due course.

At around 0.21p we have a market cap of approx £2.5M. That's with £1.1M in cash. Even by cash shell standards that seems cheap!

Our time will come. Soon. I'm sure of it.

irwin, what do you suppose they will de-list at then?

Sorry Irwin, just unsure of what you mean... why would you want to hold if you know they will de-list?

Irwin > spot on mate. Good to hear your confidence hasn't waived!
Must be nice (and scary) to own such a big chunk of the company but I'm certain we'll all be rewarded in the future...

cableguy post 1192

thanx dude:

I am holding on this one, before delisting we all know what's going to happen (actuaclly only a minority knows that), the whole purpose here is to raise capital, they are not going to de-list at 0.23p that's for sure.

We all go thru the stage of selling to early now, the market have created many profit takers (from small investors to the big boys) due to the last 3 years of fall, can not see that changing for a while.

Today YOO is a good example of how things can suddenly take off in the media/tv programme world.
Dusseldorf, I'm sure we're all aware of the future requirements. It's detail such as that which you rightly quote to be a 1-2 year prospect and anyone buying whatever quantity should have included all that in their reason to buy.
I'm not having a go at all, please don't take it the wrong way.
Have a good 'un

Cable

I sold out here 2 weeks ago and went into YOO.

MBF is only for very long term (to build cinemas takes years) but YOO is bring ing in cash now

Still further gains to be had in YOO but MBF will not move for months

everyone Sell MBF and buy YOO

I'll repeat my post on the day of announcement of new business developments:
.......................................................................

Dusseldorf - 15 Jul'03 - 08:01

I think it will go down given:

Future Funding Requirements of the Company

Given the size of the Proposed Investment in the Springfield Project and the
remuneration expenses explained above and in order to provide it with the
flexibility to fund the development of additional IMAX theatres in line with the
Company's proposed new business strategy, it will be apparent that the Company
will need to raise significant further funds before committing to any such
future projects.

....the over 1 1/2 year timescale
....limited cash resources

There is a VERY long wait ahead for anything positive
.......................................................................

If MBF is the largest part of your portfolio, I would sell some, even at these prices.......its a long way down. If you think its going to 1p, then sell 2/3rd of your stock, leave the 3rd in to treble in value, but at least you have the 2/3rds in cash to make money elsewhere. I'm not short on these, though I wish I was from 0.3p. Good luck.
