The EGM is simply a ratification of the new business direction and name. It is a necessary technical meeting for shareholder's approval and I reckon will not be anything other than that. The interesting part will be the private discussion sahreholders might have with the directors after the show and to that end we must wait Guy Daynes report back later this evening.
The MMs might try and fright a few who were expecting fireworks by dropping the price. Ignore it and hold. I've seen it happen many times before. If you believe in MBF (or Bella Media -BFM?- as we should call it from now on) then nothing that happens today will change a single thing other than setting it on it's new course. It's like launching a ship. The hull moves into the water. Now the superstructure has to be built before it finally sails.

yeah i know about the egm but i dont expect any new announcements, just confiramtion and approval of previous RNS such as brofman etc...again i hope they suprise us but just cant see it....what do you expect to see mate?

OMH results tomorrow - have a look!!! Much debate as to what they'll be like but at least it will be showing the future direction for the company, similar to what we're hoping for here - lots of stuff going on on that BB today.
This is not a ramp or suggestion to buy but if you're up early and waiting for the results of MBF's meeting, you could do worse than fill in the time just having a look...

cableguy: unfortunately pressure of work will keep me away from the City tomorrow. I think we will have to rely on Guy Daynes for the report. He lives in deepest Scotland and flies down for the PCM agm so we might have to wait until late evening before we get a report back.
Interesting nice tight spread right now. Last time it looked like this it was .20/.21 this time last week. Break upwards tomorrow or MM's mugging the punter prior to EGM (which, let's face it, is a rubber stamping affair so don't expect major announcement)?
