Oh NO! i just realised that I was looking at the wrong colomn on my monitor and this hasn't gone up by 25% after all and that in reality it's still gone up 0% but I suppose that it's not gone down so that's not too bad. Anyway, I've been holding for quite a while now and I think that it's about time we had some action.

Regarding those two larger trades on Friday - I am guessing that they were not both sells. Rather one was a sell, and one a buy. Hence my comment re a 3.6% holding. Presumably we will get the RNS in due course.

I haven't got the egm documentation yet, so all I know is it's a 11am in the city somewhere near Moorgate.

PCM already have a stockmarket listing, so that would make no sense. Who is buying I don't know, but we will find out shortly. 3.6% isn't an especially big stake, so I figure it will be some institution having a bit of a punt as we are. I am very much aware that Bronfman has yet to stake his claim. Wether he will start before the fundraising is anyone's guess. He's a man with a lot of connections and access to a lot of money. If some of his "buddies" buy in then it wouldn't surprise me.

My plans are made for the EGM the week after next. Anyone else planning to attend?

Hang on a second > I just noticed that MBF volume was second place on the leader board for Friday. Looking at the trades (last 2), it was 48M followed by that 43M - total 91M, or 7.65% of the 1190M issued share capital. This has got to prompt an RNS within the next five days. If it turns out to be PCM having increased their stake, surely they'll be forced to make a bid and the reverse takeover will begin. But this would be contrary to what they said at the agm as they said it was purely an 'investment'...whaddya reckon Guy?

The cash figure's wrong as well. They have 10 times that figure ( approx £1.1M ).

You're right cableguy00, time to sit back and wait. I doubt we will have to wait too long to see a bit more interest. I'm thinking weeks or a couple of months rather than days. But itll come.

What did IC say regarding MBF? IC have also given PCM a fair bit of cover in the past, so we may yet see a bit more as things progress.

I also hear MBF got a mention in last Wednesday's Daily Express, but I haven't seen it and don't know what was said. Don't suppose anyone has a copy lying around?

relax boys n girls.... everything is gonna be fine. someones just increasing their holding, or they are finding a new way to raise the cash.
MBF is just not interesting for traders yet.

front page on investors chronicle today - cash shells... MBF gets a small mention.

Gudaynes? Scare you must be joking. I hold 10 mil of these @ 33- 35p. just did not expect a delayed trade of 43Mill.

thanx for the advice anyway, but wish i loaded at 0.27, MBF is one of my long term investment porfolio.
