19/7/2003 09:18 | Hi Guy and cableguy: I'm out in Crete in deepest Loutro (internet cafe) and just picked up on that RNS of 15th. Heaven knows what it all means but I'm happy to have 500 quid's worth of investment sitting there. Boom or bust! Back in the real world next week. | spurrier
19/7/2003 00:31 | What figures? | daniel333
18/7/2003 17:32 | cableguy.. i hold these and omh already. Along with CRI (yes i am mad) and NSB. MBF are the ones that worry me. It does seem that MGM are leading the bidding at present for vivendi assetts. | nick159357
18/7/2003 16:52 | cableguy.. what do you make of those two trades at close. | nick159357
18/7/2003 16:26 | kbharj > I presume you're just floating around here and not a holder. DYOR over the weekend on both pcm and mbf - well, maybe you got a bit longer than that to get up to speed but with that remark, it appears like a 'Manuel' comment. "I knaw nathingk" | cableguy00
18/7/2003 15:13 | Yes Vivendi. The link between MBF, The Bronfman family, Pacific Media. | nick159357
18/7/2003 14:40 | Is the any news on how the Vivendi auction is going ? Or when it will end ? | nick159357
18/7/2003 14:26 | Time to top up i think | kbharj
18/7/2003 14:18 | bagger - i think it will be a while b4 we some return on this one :( | kbharj
18/7/2003 11:51 | If anyone wants any help understanding MMs and markets movers and things then ask me as I know. Also I see MBF has dropped dramatically. This can only be good news as I have looked at the figures and seen that the MMs are up to their tricks again and they are just trying to panic themselves into selling. Ha ha ha that trick won't fool us will it! | 100bagger
18/7/2003 11:16 | Dell, only pointing out the thread as it 'may' be of interest to some on this bb who've been asking questions about mms and the market- obviously your good self is fully aware of the shennanigans that go on there being more experienced - only trying to help less knowledgable folk... | cableguy00
18/7/2003 11:11 | Damm MBF just dropped! | kbharj
18/7/2003 11:10 | I thought the OMH threads were full of muppets. Am I expected to believe they now understand how marketmakers work(I expect most of them struggle to turn their TV on!)? Reading their thread must be like watching evolution at work before your very eyes!! Rgds omd | dell314
18/7/2003 11:03 | dell314 - what are you talking about?? This share is Mobilefuture not Winterfloods or whatever you are going on about. | 100bagger
18/7/2003 10:53 | Kam - Unfortunately, dusseldorf's post missed out the fact that Marketmakers are often very devious and work together to confuse punters. I would still ask the same question as I asked yesterday. Has anyone here checked how many Winterfloods will buy, as it is strange that they are offering much more than other MMs but not doing an MM deal with the MMs on the offer. Rgds dell | dell314
18/7/2003 10:33 | Kam, Careful! I can't go shopping anyway as all my money is tied up in this fantastic share, and also, I wouldn't want to leave my "trading centre" in case this share rockets all the way to the moon! Make sure you're quick! What are you buying? Where are you going to go on holiday? I'm saving up to go to Ibiza. | 100bagger
18/7/2003 10:17 | I don't know - Just can't get the members! I've goto go - Off to do some shopping | kbharj
18/7/2003 09:58 | Kam, What's he on about?? Some people eh! | 100bagger |
