23/7/2003 14:15 | Just a quick question about 100bagger. Further up this thread she mentioned that she was a fishmongers assistant. One of the brokers for MBF is Fiske PLC which is Scandinavian for fish. Could she be playing a few games ??? | sixpintsid

23/7/2003 13:31 | Cable... If u take that 283,583 divide it by 9 and multiply it by 32 corncobs and then subtract 8295.10 it leaves yah with a round figure. Unless you do it a different way.. Called pythagoras...now doesnt that bring back memories.. I wonder if its not 100bagger taking a bite of it... Lucky. Hey sammy..is she a he or is he a she..that is the question.. What about you..are u a he that wants to be a she or are yah a she thats a she. Love Lucky | feelinlucky
23/7/2003 13:00 | Just posted this over on iii... Anyone care to comment? After the initial flurry of excitement it may seem to some of us that it's all gone a bit quiet. Well, having now received the EGM documentation I would suggest that's not the case. The EGM is now just a week away. Everything we have seen so far are just proposals. Until the EGM, which I am convinced is just a formaility, MBF still has no business. Though it apparent that a lot of ground work has already been done, and once the change is approved then things look like they will start to happen regarding the Springfield project. We will also see the annual report before the EGM, with notice for the AGM. It is stated that this will include a proposal for the name change. Given that MBF is a cash shell, the figures will be pretty predicatble - approx £1.125M in cash and a liability of £75k from convertible loan stock. There is also a page detailling the risk factors. At first glance it's pretty sobering, but is I would suggest pretty obvious given that this is not just a start-up venture, but at this time a proposed one at that. The only name missing is Bronfman. Given a previous RNS I assume it's only a matter of time before he formally gets involved. Maybe he's got his eye on a few of the extra 0.75B shares we will vote on? | guydaynes

22/7/2003 10:24 | Lucky, Lucky, Lucky >> What are ya doin' mate, you just did yourself out of 400 quid...what's the point??? Listen closely please - THIS IS NOT FOR A SHORT-TERM HOLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure you got your reasons for dumping your latest tranche, but don't be your own worst enemy!!! Best of fortune whatever you do with it anyway. Consider putting it somewhere more stable like...er... the PostOffice!!! On the other hand you could have a look at AMS, ECK, EPO, OMH and AHT. A bit of research on those might take your mind off MBF for a while... Be Good | cableguy00
